The branch manager is so rude. I was withdraw the money and ask her new bills. But she doesn’t Give me and then I ask her can you please give me fresh bills because I’m going out of the country I need it and then She says I remember you we have a issue before. I don’t understand how she remember my last visit. I Was visited more than a year ago I said OK When I am done from my work at bank, I decided to talk to the manager And then she come out the same person who argument with me and then she says I am the manager. She was so rude person. I don’t know how she looking to me. She was so disrespectful she say what happened I only say you are not deserve a manager.

I have never been treated so rude in a Weels Fargo brach like this one. This place makes a negative difference. Definitely I will avoid going there.

Don't waste your time going to this Branch they don't want your business. I was trying to open a checking account and they give me the run around saying that it will take an hour just because they close at noon I was in the branch at 11:15am

We were misinformed by the branch manager here. When trying to add my spouse to my account, the branch manager stated that they don’t accept any identifications that are not translated in English. Even when I explained that I called corporate to confirm, she insisted that it wasn’t true lol. We ended up having our case handled at another Wells Fargo using the questioned foreign ID (drivers license).
Don’t waste your time at this location. Set an appointment elsewhere.

On Sunday, the ATM malfunctioned and would not allow me to get all of my cash out of the machine. I tried for as long as it would allow me (it was stuck under the rollers, making a strange noise ) before it sucked the money back in. It showed on my account that I took all of the money, however I’m missing over a third of it. I did file a complaint with WF and there’s an investigation pending, and I told the branch the next day when they opened at 9 AM that something was wrong and they needed to take care of the machine and they basically acted like they didn’t care and that I had done everything possible by putting in a claim. I’m pretty angry about it, and I expect to get my money back soon. If they cannot give me my money back, I will be closing my Wells Fargo accounts and moving to Bank of America after more than 20 years with them. The machine needs to be serviced. Never again will I use the machine to get cash out at this location.

I wanted to withdraw my money and they told me that since it was a bit high, I had to call in advance but if I still wanted it they could give me $20, that to me is bad service!

You can not walk in to this location to have any kind of service because they only have one banker working! I don’t know why they are in banking business?????????? So annoying wasting my time!

They didn’t open on time. Once I got in they were still setting up. They didn’t get started helping people until 9:04. Kind of annoying.

My experience on this location has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I walked through their doors, I encountered abysmal customer service. The manager, whose attitude seemed more fitting for a prison warden than someone in a customer-facing role, was particularly unpleasant.Her lack of courtesy and empathy made any interaction with the bank a taxing and unpleasant task. Not only did she lack basic customer service skills, but her heavy-handed and condescending demeanor left much to be desired. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I felt like an inconvenience interrupting her day.

The banker we met with was the best I’ve ever talked to. He was amazing!!!! My family had taken some heavy losses, but he was elite. Kind and informative. When we upgrade I’ll make sure he gets his bump. We opened a savings account and didn’t choose the commission one, but we will after Christmas. He literally changed our thinking to change banks. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I give it one star, the attention is terrible. The employees reluctantly serve you if you don't have an appointment they can't answer a question. Ooh they leave it waiting until they take the time to do it when they feel like it.

Day first, a teller said, 'We have no bankers today, please come tomorrow to make an appointment.' Means, they send me back.Next day, they took my name, an email address, cell number. This one is also worthless. Means, they send me back again.Third day, bankers (in their own words) irresponsibly suggested 'I have to go to another branch.' Means they send me back 3rd time.its not a sweet experience. Its a experience of 'tube- light service!'
