Horrible customer service! Arrived to the branch at 9 AM and asked the lady for assistance for Xpress Send. She asked me if I had an appointment and told her I didn't. I was asked to wait because she had an appointment and could help me after she is done with the customer. Almost 15 minutes later, I got up from my seat since no one was showing up and the lady tells me that her customer was 15 minutes late and she was going to wait for them. She had 15 minutes to at least help me and start the process and she chose to let me just seat there. Then she tells me that her manager was going to get there at 9:45 and that I could wait for her to help me. Again, horrible customer obsession and service. She insisted in making an appointment and told her that I never had to make an appointment before. I would understand if there were tons of people waiting for services but NO one was there and her customer was running late. I am a 15 year customer never had such bad service.

I had the pleasure of interacting with the bank manager, Karina, whose professionalism and assistance were truly commendable. Her expertise and dedication made my banking experience seamless, and I appreciate the efficient support she provided. I am new to this branch and I will definitely do all future banking at this location!

The teller was kind but it’s insane that they only have one person capable of handling transactions at a time. There were two managers on duty and a line of people. I was there for 45 minutes.

The worst experience I have had with a bank, made me walk to another wells Fargo because there wa sonly one person working there, I went to the other place and when I arrived there no one helped me so I have to come back to this place. And when I arrived they made me wait, and the lady that was "working" showed up 30 minutes later.

These people (GM Financial) lie about their procedures. I was told after I paid my account in full that they would send me a title in my name. They instead sent the title in the lease company's name transferred to me, USELESS ! Now I have had to apply to NYS for a title in my name which can take 8 to 12 weeks! This wait will cost me thousands of dollars in lost value as right now cars are selling at a premium. I waited 3 weeks to get the title in their name! In 3 weeks my car went from $34600 down to $31400 !! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU!. I will never buy another GM ever again and I will make sure everyone I can hears about their poor customer service.

My personal experience at this location was great! Banker Maria Rodriguez helped me a lot!My card was blocked and she issued me a temporary card even though I didn’t have an appointment but the lady in front still was able to take me because it was very urgent and I needed the card today. Thank you once again for your help!!

Poorest customer service ever. I called and ask if they would notarize a document and I was told they would. I went to the bank and was asked the purpose of my visit, I explained that I needed a document notarized. I was told to wait, someone would come and help me. Waited for 45 mins, everyone who came after me was helped. When I asked someone to help she asked me if I was ahead of the gentleman sitting next to me. I said yes. Then they took one look at my documents and told me they don't notarize that particular document. Why couldn't the person on the phone told me that and saved one hour of my life. How unprofessional!
