I had a great experience at this location. Yes it is tiny with 1 teller, and 1 officer, so I understand the reviews disappointed to be told they needed an appointment. If you need a transaction that a teller wouldn’t normally do, make an appointment, period.
Yesterday I went in to withdraw cash that needed to be in $100 bills so no ATM! This location is a barely 5 minute walk from the Crystal City Metro, the (Asian?) gentleman who waited on me was fast, efficient and pleasant.
If you need a Wells Fargo location/ATM near DCA airport, 100% recommend. Thanks again!

You frequently encourage customers to open a business account with you, yet when we visit the bank, we are told to make an appointment (came to tomorrow ???)with a representative. Before promoting your services as actively as other banks, it would be advisable to first improve the quality of your customer service.”

I had a very frustrating experience with their customer service. The call center directed me to visit the branch for assistance, but once I arrived, they told me I needed to book an appointment—even though the branch was completely empty. This lack of coordination and inefficiency is unacceptable. It wasted my time and left me very disappointed.

Horrible customer service! Arrived to the branch at 9 AM and asked the lady for assistance for Xpress Send. She asked me if I had an appointment and told her I didn't. I was asked to wait because she had an appointment and could help me after she is done with the customer. Almost 15 minutes later, I got up from my seat since no one was showing up and the lady tells me that her customer was 15 minutes late and she was going to wait for them. She had 15 minutes to at least help me and start the process and she chose to let me just seat there. Then she tells me that her manager was going to get there at 9:45 and that I could wait for her to help me. Again, horrible customer obsession and service. She insisted in making an appointment and told her that I never had to make an appointment before. I would understand if there were tons of people waiting for services but NO one was there and her customer was running late. I am a 15 year customer never had such bad service.

I had the pleasure of interacting with the bank manager, Karina, whose professionalism and assistance were truly commendable. Her expertise and dedication made my banking experience seamless, and I appreciate the efficient support she provided. I am new to this branch and I will definitely do all future banking at this location!

The teller was kind but it’s insane that they only have one person capable of handling transactions at a time. There were two managers on duty and a line of people. I was there for 45 minutes.
