Staff has always been helpful and friendly but I'm at the point I don't feel safe using the ATM after they close. I walk at night and see people just hanging out and partying. I'm assuming they allow bar goers to use their parking lot and it looks like the aftermath of a tailgate party. The trash and beer have been getting worse the last few weeks. This morning there is busted beer bottles in the lot. Just not a good look, Wells Fargo.

On Sunday, I parked at the Wells Fargo Clarendon branch, and used their ATM (12:11 pm). I came back a little while later and found that my car had been towed by Advanced Towing (at 12:38 pm). There is no warning sign that a) customers only have a short time after using the machine before cars get towed, b) there is no grace period, and c) towing is enforced 24/7. I haven't called Wells Fargo yet, and will update the review after I do. This was a very expensive cash withdrawal ($160).

Terrible place. I am trying to send money to foreign country almost 4 weeks! I came back to this place four times and always is something wrong. Banker Mr Panzo really don't know what he doing there. He is confused all the time and not helpful at all. Proximate my waiting time is 30min. He sent my money and did not fill at up application correctly. This people waisting my time !!! DO NOT GO HERE!

Parked my car there at 6:30pm on a Sunday night for dinner at a near-by restaurant and it was towed by "Advanced Towing" predatory towers. Only signs said that parking was for bank customers, but since bank was closed, I thought it was ok to park. No signs stated that towing enforced outside of business hours. Learned from the tow company that this Wells Fargo branch contracts with them to tow cars from their lot. Can't believe Wells Fargo is such a bad partner for downtown businesses in Arlington. Can't believe Wells Fargo doesn't post signs like other businesses that says towing enforced 24/7. Would never bank with this Wells Fargo branch or any other branch.

Josh and his team are amazing!! So very honest, helpful and responsive. I am in a beautiful home with some money to spare thanks to thousands of dollars in closing costs I saved by finding Josh!

Four weeks to set up a business account and now the checks are wrong. They seem to be chronically under staffed. You can never reach anyone on the phone. Their pat answer is always "come to our office and we can fix it". How about if you got it right the first time, or the second time, or even the third time so I wouldn't have to keep coming in or calling?

Terrible place. Parked here to get money from ATM. Walked across the street to grab some food for 30 min. Came back to find my car (porsche) towed. No clear signage to show that I couldn't park here. Costed me almost $200. Don't use this bank and location!

This bank has hired a ripoff tow company that prowls the lot for victims. On a rainy Sat night, I got towed even though the bank was long closed and they had at least 30-40 vacant parking spots. Cost me $200 including having to pay a cab to get to my car. I have banked with Wells Fargo a very long time but I'm considering changing banks over this. Ridiculous!
