Do NOT go here if you have ADHD!I had to go two workdays without my medication because of these people. They never give you the right information, saying they have your prescription one day to saying they never had it the next, and then suggesting that other Walgreens have it when they don’t either. Tired of being treated like a criminal because I need medication. They respond to the words “I am out of medicine. What am I supposed to do?” with “tough luck.” This happens every month, but this is the first time I’ve had to go a workday without my medicine.This place has negatively impacted my career and made my mental health worse to be honest. It took me an entire day to do one report and I feel occasionally sick. I am in critical need of my medication. But this place would rather let me suffer.

This Walgreens is the best one in Arlington. The people who work here are kind and helpful. I tend to App order for pickup. Orders here are nearly always ready ahead of schedule, accurate, and well packed. Even though I usually head in for pickup, the staff go out of their way to help me cart out bigger orders to my car. The store itself is always clean and usually has the best stock availability among the local stores.

Raymond, the store manager, is impeccable. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient.Unfortunately, my picture order did not turn out the way I expected, twice - but Raymond was on top of it. He was so helpful in advising me on the correct path to order the print job I truly wanted. His staff members are equally very accommodating and kind.

Alot of the employees have worked here a long time and are fantastic. Their holiday aisles are always cool too.

Sunday evenings is a joke. No one at the register. Literally have to find the reps at the isle and ask for help. Really!??? Also they have left a front desk bell to call for assistance. I dont know if thats store policy and have the customer literally ask for customer service. Now its happening weekdays. Gets worst and worst. I missed the rite aid years.
