Unbelievable!!! it's in their name and they're self wash stations are not available. the staff said they've told corporate several time that people are unhappy to find this, but they don't care. they're just luring people in to sell products. supposedly will be available on feb 13, but you should call ahead to see.

Terrible service. Shaved the hair off my dogs tail and 6 months later still not as full as it was when I brought her in. Never called me to let me know she was planning to do it. Quoted one price and charged another.

Nice selection of high quality food and other items, but be aware that there in fact is no dog wash open there as this is being written - they are apparently awaiting permits.

They had the dog cakes and cookies I was needing for a puppy birthday.Much easier to deal with than Dogma bakery in Shirlington and the staff is more helpful, attentive, and less apathetic than Dogma’s.

They used to be called loyal companion. This is where I go to buy my dog food made by.Fromm. We get Weight Management in the brown bag for my 2 Aussies. They are very helpful and carry the bag to your car. They have a good stock in everything. Nice easy parking, which I really liked. Very nice people that work there all the time. you can go online and get discounts there as well. I saved 15%.

Loved the wash and wag on Harrison street in Arlington. This was my first time here and I loved the groomer. The fact that he speaks Spanish is a plus! He asked what language we speak to my dog at home because he wanted her to feel confortable and took her back speaking Spanish to her, very sweet. He took the time at the end to tell me how my dog did and made recommendations to make her next grooming experience better. He also did a great job with the haircut I must say. My dog looks exactly the way I wanted, like a teddy bear. Thank you!
