“I freely admit, my visit to GNC was a fact finding mission to see if they were comparable, or, more so, cheaper than CVS across the street. They were!But, that's not what sold me. I'm not the kind of person who seeks help immediately upon entering a store. First, if I'm not a committed purchaser, I don't want to take a clerk away from their business. I prefer to stumble through a place figuring it out on my own then to be a nuisance to somebody if I'm not a guaranteed customer. As soon as I walked in, a young lady with very pretty eyes immediately approached me and asked if she could help. She had kind eyes (the rest of her face was hidden behind her mask) And I could see that she sincerely wanted to be of service. So, I had her guide me through the different selections of the supplements I was looking for. Surprisingly, she knew--concluded--Why I was seeking those specific supplements, and offered several options that I had not considered.I was not intending to be a customer. But, her willingness to help and her sincerity won me over. And now I guess they are stuck with a customer who will return expecting to have the same service every time. Apparently, I'm still vulnerable to a pretty face!#TodaysDiscovery”

“Absolutely the BEST place to get your medicine and shop in their large gift store.I have been a customer of this establishment for about 10 years, and I will ALWAYS keep coming back.Though I don’t know all the staff, one person comes to mind throughout my time there. LOUISE. Louise always calls me when my medicine is ready, always has a smile, and has a joke for me. One time I was in need of discretion when purchasing something from Preston’s. Instead of checking me out in front of everyone in the line, she took me to the front of the store, where less people are, and checked me out there.
