Great experience! I came in for an eye exam appointment and was in and out in under 30 minutes—on a Saturday, no less! Dr. Parker was kind and helpful, as were the assistants and associates I encountered. I received a call the day before (from a very nice lady) to confirm my insurance info, which made checkout a breeze. I’m delighted. Thanks y’all.

I recently went in for my yearly exam and contacts/glasses. After years of being well into the minus prescription, the doctor determined that I was over prescribed and my lens were more powerful than they needed to be. A new pair of glasses and contacts later, and I see better than I did before. Normally I’d have to wear a pair of readers to see my computer screens to work, now I don’t. I see them perfectly fine with either my contacts or my glasses. Very happy with the service and the outcome. Highly recommend.

Taeveona is fantastic at her job! She knows exactly what she's doing. She even found great frames for glasses for me. She's so nice, knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and fun. She made my trip to Visionworks not only easy but also surprisingly fun. Every salesperson everywhere should be like her. But they're not!

Excellent service and selection. Armando helped us not only with prescriptions and fittings but also gave us kind and thoughtful advice about styles that suited us. When we picked them up, Dee was super helpful and lovely too. We'll be back next year!

This particular branch of Visionworks in Penatgon City Mall in VA used to be good but it's level of incompetence now is hard to fathom. Three years ago I got a pair of progressive reading glasses made from here which worked out perfectly after one adjustment. So when I lost that pair last fall, I went back there to get a new pair. This was the only pair I had. They tested my eyes and I got a new prescription. I ordered one pair of glasses from them but since they don't do same day glasses and I was desperate for a pair right away, I took that same prescription to LensCrafter for a one-day delivery. This was Labor Day so both VW and LC had major discounts. LC got my pair of reading progressives done in one try, no problem. But VC tried four or five time over the course of five months but failed to make a usable pair. We started with progressives and then we went to reading progressive over the course of the following months. I reckon I had to go to the store, which is not close to my house, at least five times. At one point they said that the lab that makes them got the power wrong. Another time, the reading area was too small. Another time, the astigmatism part was not right. I showed them my LC glasses that were just fine and they tried to replicate the same thing but to no avail. I talked to every person on staff, the store managers, the optometrist and they kept saying they'll get it done till the last time when I went and one of their staffers advised me I should just give up because they just couldn't get this right. I asked them what they'll do to compensate me for the lost time, gas mileage and hassle. The store manager said she'll try and get me a free pair of sunglasses and I accepted. But when I went back to the store to claim the sunglasses she said she can't give them for "free" she can just give me a discount. Since I didn't really need sunglasses, I refused and was upset. At which point she told me that I am making a scene so I just left the store. Incidentally, given that I don't want to be without a pair of backup glasses, I went back to LC for a second pair and it got it right in the first try again. But since there was no deal going on, I paid $300 more than if I'd got both pairs on Labor Day. I would highly recommend that you stay away from this branch of VisionWorks. Everyone there is incompetent.

I walk-in to Vision works I didn’t have any appointment and I was not spectating to be seen with out my health insurance when I ask te from desk name Meslyn immediately said don’t worry I will help you to find out your benefits and we can see you today. I never expect that they can see my son quickly and then Mr Collin said they can see me too immediately took me to see the Doctor.I appreciate all the work that they do .satisfies with everyone with the service provide .

I will definitely refer family, friends and associates to Visionworks!Dee is a real asset to your company!Came in today Feb 22 2024 had the pleasure of meeting Taeveona who was Awesome! Great ENGERY, PROFESSIONAL and Excellent Customer service! I would definitely refer family, friends and associates here?? she is truly an Asset to Vision Works!!
