Pros: Clean, convenient location next to train and supermarket, apartment is spacious, the area is safe (except for the one or two homeless people that hang outside the metro at the back of the building shouting sometimes). Some of the front desk people are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Biggest con is the unit I moved into is up against two hvacs and they turn on during the summer when it's hot. One is really strong and turns on randomly at night till the morning (sleepless nights here). Ended up sleeping on my living room couch to get away from the noise. Feels like I'm paying rent for an empty bedroom. Was told by maintanence there was nothing to be done about it. Maintanence also said people have complained about it before, which tells me that they knew this was an issue when I rented out the unit. I emailed them to see if the issue could be fixed but no response yet.
Front desk: Sometimes people are there and sometimes they aren't. Makes it spotty to get my packages sometimes. In my previous building, we had a designated package room where residents could just sign out their own packages instead of waiting for the front desk person. Wish they had that here.
Definitely moving out of the unit once lease is done. Overpriced for not even being able to use the bedroom.

The front desk staff is great and the building is fine.
The primary reason for rating 4 stars is Equity tried to raise my rent almost $400 after my lease ended. I was able to convince them to lower it a bit but the increase was still outrageous and I see available units listed on their site with the same floor plan as mine listed for less. They are price gouging me because they know I already live here and don’t want to move out which is a shameful money-grabbing tactic. There have been no changes since I moved in that warrant a rent increase anywhere near this large.
Edited review from 3 to 4 stars as a previous maintenance issue turned out to be a misunderstanding that was rectified quickly upon submitting a second request. The maintenance team has always been great, but I had initially thought the ownership was dropping the ball on replacing my hot water tank. It turned out it just wasn’t turned on correctly.

I lived here close to 2 years and it was a great experience. The staff and maintenance team make the place amazing; fast service and always willing to work with you. The rooftop and pool are great features, not to mention the location. Right over the VS metro station and walkable to so many things. Would definitely recommend living here.

The service provided by the staff here is just great. Maintenance requests are always promptly handled and resolved. And the concierge staff goes above and beyond regularly. They’ve tracked down (and retrieved) packages misdelivered to other buildings in the neighborhood; and recently did the legwork to FedEx me an item that I left home while traveling - I couldn’t replace it or go without it and the staff was able to find and retrieve the item, box it up, and get it to FedEx so that I got it in time for an event.

The staff here make you feel like this is home. The 19th floor is for all of the community and it is wonderful with great views.

Nice, calm community with great amenities in great location. The staff, especially the leasing team, are approachable, easy to work with, and friendly. Whenever I have had an issue, they have been responsive. The leasing team helped me when it was time to renew, too. It’s clear that Ty and team prioritize renter satisfaction.

This place is fine but not worth the price. The units themselves are fine. The view from the balcony is nice and the staff are friendly but that is about it. At least once a week the hallways, lobby, and staircases smell like trash in the summer. The kitchen only has a circulator fan without a vent so cooking is a hassle. The building amenities are also lacking. The gym lacks equipment, the pool is a bathtub, and the grills are constantly broken.

Apartment complex recently changed policy to allow AirBnB short term rentals.Rooms are mediocre quality at high prices.On a positive note, front desk staff is excellent especially David.You want to avoid this place now at all costs.
