I was so excited to get my shoes, but when I received them they were awfully small. I wear an 8.5 US but ordered a US 9. I compared these shoes to other good leather pumps that were less expensive and the soles were thin for such an expensive shoe. I guess I expected a higher-quality shoe, but that was not the case. I returned the shoes the day after I received them so that they couldn't say I did not return them in a timely fashion. After reading these reviews I am nervous they may try to scam me for my refund, but I am prepared to contact AMEX as I saved postage receipts and other receipts if they don't refund me. I will update this and let you know what happens.

It really saddens me to write this review. I had been looking at these sneakers for months. Well for my birthday in November, my partner and his friend orchestrated the purchase of these sneakers which was a BIG surprise for me. Not just for the shoes but the effort it took to pull it off. Well upon opening the box hours later when the excitement wore off I noticed that it wasn't the shoes as advertised. I then call Vinci to explain the mishap. Well immediately I was sent a USPS return label and was told they couldn't purchase the leather that required to make the shoe. I said hmm. Well if that's the case why continue to advertise the shoe (false advertising). Then I was offered the shoe but again it still wasn't the advertised shoe. Then another shoe with the same result. Well now it's Black Friday and they are still offering the shoe but saying the price is $285 and now $240. Well the shoe has always been $240. So now that I've received a refund I sad to say I would not purchase from this company. I'm happy to say I've moved on to my second choice and waiting delivery. BUYER BEWARE!!!

For $320??? DO NOT BUY!!!Website is nice and photos are great. They adverstise on Facebook a lot and the Sogi (Valentino look a like) caught my eyes. I buy a lot of shoes BUT not over $250. Steve Madens, Tory Burch, Coach, Jessica Simpson, Betsey Johnsons, Aldos and even my golf shoes GFores not even at $300s --known brands !!so I bought through After Pay. Shoes arrived in June 2023 to my dismay, colors were NOT as advertised, poor quality and stitching and to top it all, it's so uncomfortable because the way the heels are contructed is not suited for my arch! I wanted to really like the shoes and did not return it right away. DO NOT GIVE this company any justifications not to refund, better yet, DO NOT BUY. The company may look legit, but when you call, there's only one person who will return the call, Vince and he sounded Chinese.Email is also sketchy... Sketchy..sketchy business practice. I returned the unused shoes for refund, they mailed it back to me claiming, I did not follow the 14 day return policy etc. Now, I have the most expensive shoes (because I cannot used it, I might break my ankle) in my closet.

Can’t get an answer or return RMA number. Purchased shoes immediately called phone no answer left 3 messages. Emailed 3 times to no response. My 14 day return for full refund window is dwindling all because they won’t answer me! Shoes horrible too big poor quality! Stay away from this company!!!!

Mr.Serkan and Ms Sedef were extremely nice and professional, they really took their time to explain me their merchandise and took great care of me!...I'll definitely tell family members and friends about Vinci Leather in Montgomery Mall and come shop here again!??

I ordered a size 7 heel (my wife's normal shoe size) and the shoe was too small! called the store for a half size larger 7.5 and manager said he had it in stock! after arrival it was size 8 which was too big! Manager then says euro shoes don't come in half sizes! either he doesn't know his product or deceit! Store doesn't pay for shipping on refunds or exchanges and there is a 10 percent restocking fee! Don't buy online from this retailer!

First things First....! The shoes I purchased are Awesome with a distinct Beautiful design. I ordered a 44UK, that was too tight for my wide feet. I called the online sale line spoke with, the Owner and he quickly fix everything. I sent the shoes back and he overnight delivered the right size 45 to me, that fits perfectly. In time enough for my trip to Florida for a Grand function.We will be doing business again.Thank you,Vinci Leather,
