This company has designed policies to shield them from the cheap poorly made shoes that they sell. Never going there again and would not recommend them even to my worst enemy.

Their shoes fell apart after just 2 wears.
The pull loop tore off.
The tongue split apart.
The dye is hilariously bad and turned anything that touches it black.
I emailed customer service three times and got nothing back. That’s all I have to say.

Very irresponsible, received damaged pair, shipped back for a replacement . Sent 3 emails about status of my replacement, no one ever responded . I had to do cc dispute 10 days after they received their damaged pair back
Do not recommend.
