I get there and there was 2 guys. One was busy with customers (understandable) and the other saw me but went to the back. I thought he was busy so is ok, I waited, although nobody greeted me or let me know they'll be with me in a minute. So I wait, and wait. Finally the guy from the back comes out when another customer came in and that new customer had a question so the guy from the back helped him out. I thought that would take a couple of minutes but turns out the customer had more questions and so the guy from the back just started helping him and didn't explain to the customer that I was first, which both employees knew I was there waiting. I was so upset, none of them said anything indicating they would help me at some point or anything, so disrespectful, I just left. I'm not saying all of the employees are bad or anything like that, this was just my experience today.

The associate on shift during my visit - Ben, was a huge help! He was genuine and sincere in the courtesy and customer service he extended. My friend and I came in with a rather unique dilemma and he very patiently helped us resolve the issue. In fact, he kept the store open past its 8 pm closing time and stayed beyond his shift to do so. Being a new Verizon customer, I'm happy to know that should I have any issues with my phone or service, this location is where I want to come to have it dealt with (ideally, during Ben's shift!).

Hi. After 4 month ago i went to this store and got 2 line. I used this lines 3 4 day and suspended from fraud department of Verizon. I went to the store again and paid 286$ for both lines. The lines were not worked. I went again store and seller told me that the fraud department suspended your line call to the customer support. I called and explained situation they did not resolve my problem. I waited 2 day and called again fraud department again. I said i paid first time 176$ for service fee and 286$ for lines. They answered its not our problem your lines are suspended. I asked why? No answer no reason)). I tried 5 month to resolve this problem but was not any result. I returned back devices and paid 8$. I lost all my time and money. They did not refund. I see Verizon is liar and try to eat peoples money and spend peoples time. I hate Verizon!

Skip Russell Cellular and to straight to a Verizon Corporate store. I upgraded from an old to new phone & went to the store to change SIM and transfer data. Paid $40; they couldn’t transfer data due to low charge on the old phone. But then the SIM did not work in my new phone when I left the store so I went to Verizon Corporate in Clarendon. Verizon Corporate said Verizon Russell Cellular re-used my old SIM for a 4G network instead of giving me a a new 5G SIM, so the Clarendon store gave me a free 5G SIM and fixed the problem. I went back to Russell Cellular and asked for a $40 refund & they refused. This is NOT ok.

This is the best Verizon store ever! Ben is super helpful. We updated our plan and had expert guidance every step of the way. My husband and I are not real tech savy but Ben helped us work through all the things we did not understand with great patience. We give this store a 5 star rating for excellent service, even with a smile! If you have a Verizon question, come here and look for Ben!

Mohammed provided outstanding customer service, he was attentive, and very knowledgeable of everything. Once I explained to him why I was there, he showed me all the options I had and guided me through the whole process of getting everything set up; he made sure I didn’t leave the store before I had all my questions answered. He showed sincere concern for my needs and worked with me to find a solution. He also set clear expectations on what to expect moving forward, and I felt that he valued my time. This is a 3rd party store.Meaning they don't have access to all the Verizon items (per Verizon). They ordered phone/watch/pad for us and said they called me. We never received the items they first said they had them, then didn't, the pad has always been backordered.Bottom line; they don't have a handle on inventory; iffy on customer contact and facts.Had to cancel the orders and spend hour on phone with verizon fixing billing and charges.I found it hard to believe anything they said.Their only positive was that they're pleasant.

These guys were really great, personable, knowledgeable. I was in and out very quickly. However, they did not have any of the iphone models I was interested in in stock. I had no problem waiting when the employee told me they would need to order one... until my mother in Alabama got the shipping information email. I was under the impression they were ordering a phone to the store, or restocking their supply. At no point did anyone think that maybe if I am at a Virginia store, I am not at the Alabama address to get the package? Or communicate that they were mailing me a phone? Both my mother and I attempted to reach the store again that evening to get clarification. No return calls yet. About to waste a lot of money for her to safely overnight me the phone whenever it eventually gets to her. Meanwhile, I am stuck using voice dictation on my janky old phone even longer than I would have if I had just ordered this online to begin with.

We walked into this location, one employee sitting at the back of the store greeted us. we asked to see the apple 14 phone and he pointed to the wall and started by saying "the only thing we have is the 14" i said, great can you showed to us? he pointed to the wall and said "its exactly like the 13" so i looked at him and asked, do you not want to get up? of course still lounging in his chair just looked at me like i was out of my mind. Gladly, there was another gentleman named Saad while closely watching what was happening and came out and directed us to another table where he finalized the purchase.This isn't really a Verizon store but their licensed authorized dealers should be trained on customer service, at a minimum, they need to be trained on professionalism and courtesy.If it wasn't for Saad, I would have walkout and simply could've purchased my phone online directly from Verizon.such a shame that "service" has completely lost its meaning.
