There was one man on site to help customers, but he helped five people calmly and kindly and was very time efficient. Mohammed listened to problems and very quickly provided solutions, getting everyone on their way with no hassle. Fantastic service and very knowledgeable.

40 mins standing in line to just drop off a router…he also said I couldn’t just drop it off and had to wait to print out a receipt, that took him 30seconds to print out. This was a Sunday at 11am. What an absurd waste of time and poor system of doing things! There were two people ahead in line that took a long time to set up new phone plans. Very poor customer service

Order from here at your own risk. You are lucky at all if you get your order. I’m actually moving to AT&T next month just because of my horrible experience with these guys. AT & T locations have great customer service in Arlington.

Wouldn’t recommend Fios service. The associates made several mistakes processing our order which took hours of calling customer service to fix to actually receive service. Especially not worth how overpriced it is to purchase a plan in store instead of online.

This is a terrible store to buy from. Strongly recommend against. Reps made multiple promises of trade-in value which weren’t honored by Verizon and we are now stuck covering $3000 in device costs. Then they botched the phone setup so badly my account was locked as and my wife was without a working phone for 3 full days. Just a horrible experience.

Their leadership clearly reflects in the well-organized and customer-friendly environment of the store. I highly recommend Omar Siddiqui for his exceptional service and commitment to excellence. Moreover, the store's layout is well-organized and visually appealing, making it easy to navigate and find items quickly. The checkout process was efficient, and I appreciated the various payment options available. Overall, Version Store exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch shopping experience. I'll definitely be returning soon!

I would give zero stars if i could. Nowhere near enough staff— one person working and at least 3 customers in line. No triage system to process simple requests while dealing with more complicated ones. I’m the first in line and waiting well over 35 minutes just to return equipment.

I get there and there was 2 guys. One was busy with customers (understandable) and the other saw me but went to the back. I thought he was busy so is ok, I waited, although nobody greeted me or let me know they'll be with me in a minute. So I wait, and wait. Finally the guy from the back comes out when another customer came in and that new customer had a question so the guy from the back helped him out. I thought that would take a couple of minutes but turns out the customer had more questions and so the guy from the back just started helping him and didn't explain to the customer that I was first, which both employees knew I was there waiting. I was so upset, none of them said anything indicating they would help me at some point or anything, so disrespectful, I just left. I'm not saying all of the employees are bad or anything like that, this was just my experience today.

The associate on shift during my visit - Ben, was a huge help! He was genuine and sincere in the courtesy and customer service he extended. My friend and I came in with a rather unique dilemma and he very patiently helped us resolve the issue. In fact, he kept the store open past its 8 pm closing time and stayed beyond his shift to do so. Being a new Verizon customer, I'm happy to know that should I have any issues with my phone or service, this location is where I want to come to have it dealt with (ideally, during Ben's shift!).
