I went to the Verizon store in Fashion Center mall to activate a phone I purchased there and turn in my trade in phone. I asked the employee if he would assist with the phone activation…he said that would be $30. I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for 15+ years, I’ve never received such bad customer service. I’ll never set foot in that location again. No service after the sale of a $1300 cell phone…

Although professional, the staff, and specifically the manager at this store doesn’t care about keeping its long time customers satisfied or at least standing by the products and accessories they sell. Last month we upgraded my wife’s phone and also bought an Elizabeth James phone case. After a couple of weeks it faded and looked dirty. It was not dirty because we tried to wipe it clean. The phone has never been in a dirty work environment or anything like that. Of course when I tried to take it back a couple weeks later it was over the 30 day policy. The manager denied the refund and told me that I could file a warranty claim to get a new case. The problem is I don’t want a new case because it is of poor quality to have faded like this so quickly. So I am out $40 dollars and have since bought another case which has held up just fine and cost half the price. Terrible experience and typical large company placing profit over keeping its customers satisfied.UPDATE 1/23/24 - Another example of poor customer service and Verizon just trying to look like they care on Google. A reply was sent over a week ago saying it had been "escalated" and that they hope I give them another chance. Have I heard from them? They have my number and email, but no I have not and I would bet that I never will. Example number two of poor customer service from this Verizon store.

TL;DR don't trust Verizon. They're a mess and a headache to deal with.Verizon at first seems like a great option for internet, especially for units with Fiber optics. But this company is deceptive. I have put a disconnection request in February 2023 when I moved to a unit where it didn't make sense to use Verizon anymore. I returned my router and submitted the request. They didn't warn me my cancellation request wasn't processed and charged me from February 2023 to August 2023 even though I returned my router and I've presented that I ended my lease at that unit. When I called customer service about the charges I got no help pursuing any reimbursement and got attitude from customer service. When I wanted to move with Fios for the unit before the move I wanted to cancel they had required me to open a completely new account. On top of this a lot of verizon stores are unable to do any Wifi interactions including dropping off or replacing routers. Terrible customer service, terrible account management systems, and shady business practices. I strongly recommend you don't do business with this company but if you absolutely must, use a credit card that you're confident you can perform chargebacks. Screw the autopay discount, the marginal savings is not worth getting scammed without any recourse.

Why is the Verizon have the baddest service representative and ignorant manager. I stop by at this store to get clarification on my business account bill and didn’t have my physical ID with me However I am the only and authorized person to access my account and I explained that I don’t posses my id for the time being and can show the front and back picture of my ID and they are refusing to serve and the the store manager is not coming out for more than 45 minutes to talk and resolve the issue it is disappointing.

Was here on 11/21 looks like I ran into the same 2 dismissive employees that Tiffany met. Not helpful at all, and their attitudes made me contemplate why I switched from another carrier. Meeting a government official is easier than meeting the manager.Called customer service and by the time I reached the parking lot a new phone was being shipped to my address with a return label for the old phone, got the new phone in the mail in less than 24 hrs.Doesn't look like I'll be visiting this store anytime soon. Was wondering why it was empty, bad CS might be the reason.

Time and Time again this location always seems to prove me right with their horrible customer service. I walk in to pick up my order and two guys are sitting there. One employee is talking to someone about store hours the other employee is fumbling with the work ipad. Fast forward both employees look at me and dont say anything. The employee that was on the ipad jus gets up and goes to the back. Another employee comes out with the same employee that went to the back. The employee that finally addresses me says “you want to know about the the store hours” I reply NO im here to pick up my order, which leads me to believe I wasnt a priority. The employee helps me but I made him aware of my issue with not being greeted. The employee apologizes but I felt it should have came from the two that looked at me and ignored me. Even if they couldnt help me just speak damn! But to add injury to insult another customer walks in both employees that did not greet me greeted the walk in and the employee that was on the ipad helps the walk in THAT CAME IN AFTER ME. I only use this store because its close to my house. But will no longer go here unless I really have no other choice.

Had trouble with Phone on a recent roadtrip and we were ready to switch carriers until we talked to Carlton. He explained it was the GPS snd explained what to do so it never happens again. He was so terrific a good teacher!

Rafael was genuinely extremely helpful and not only let me sit through the phone replacement with his assistance he was very thorough and thoughtful in helping me get my phone replaced. Extremely happy with how everyone overall was very sweet and nice, it was an extremely positive atmosphere!

My phone was having issues with its charging port that I was not able to fix, so I entered the store ready to buy a replacement phone. Instead of immediately pushing a sale on me, Joesmar (He wasn't wearing a nametag, so my apologies if I misspelled it) took a look at my phone and spent ~5 minutes working on the charging port, and I left with my phone in working condition.

Don't be in a hurry if you go into this place. I was simply picking up phone waiting for me and it took forever for anyone to decide that they were there to help customers not chat with her friends or add to their stories
