Terrible terrible sketchy sales guy. I was there in Friday and got two different answers from two different reps on my phone upgrade. One sales guy in particular was incredibly rude, didn’t want to help me if he wasn’t getting the commission and clearly didn’t like women.

Great service. I went to another Verizon location first, but they were not able to help, and referred me to try the Pentagon City location, since there are more experienced technicians there. At Pentagon City, when you arrive, you check in on the tablet at the door. I was number 6 in line, and waited about 20 minutes midday on a weekend, which is fair, given I didn’t have an appointment. The technician patiently listened to my issue (related to phone data not working), and almost immediately identified the solution (a faulty app causing problems), which he has seen many times. I was so happy that he was able to solve the problem, I just want to drop a good review here, job well done!

I recently visited the Verizon Pentagon City Store to upgrade my phone. It was at least a 30-minute wait (with just 1 customer ahead of me). After reading some of the previous reviews, I honestly did not know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. My Verizon Specialist, Marc was outstanding! His attentiveness, attention to detail, charisma, knowledge about the products/services and professionalism exceeded my expectations! No one likes to wait but THIS TIME , Marc’s customer service made it worthwhile for me! #happycustomer

My Wife and I walked in to the store and I was feeling really down because I had locked my phone and forgot my password and everything else. But the issue I was having was fixed because of This Magnificent Manager by the name of Ariana. I hope I'm pronouncing her name right,if not please forgive me. Jacob was very helpful and all the rest of the employees that assisted Us. I'm very happy to be back using my phone. Again thank all of you all. Such a Blessing. Scheduled an appointment to buy a new phone at 6pm.
Showed up at 6 and they had me waiting for 45 minutes until I eventually just left because they didn’t seem like they’d help me anytime soon.

Went in last week to trade in/upgrade my phone. Two employees were sitting there chatting and told me to wait for the other employee that was helping a customer. He finishes and comes over to help me. He tells me I am never up for an upgrade because the plan I have. I share a plan with my parents so I ask them to go to their local Verizon store and ask about it and that store says I am absolutely qualified for an upgrade! Two different stores give completely different answers!

I went to the Verizon store in Fashion Center mall to activate a phone I purchased there and turn in my trade in phone. I asked the employee if he would assist with the phone activation…he said that would be $30. I’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for 15+ years, I’ve never received such bad customer service. I’ll never set foot in that location again. No service after the sale of a $1300 cell phone…

Although professional, the staff, and specifically the manager at this store doesn’t care about keeping its long time customers satisfied or at least standing by the products and accessories they sell. Last month we upgraded my wife’s phone and also bought an Elizabeth James phone case. After a couple of weeks it faded and looked dirty. It was not dirty because we tried to wipe it clean. The phone has never been in a dirty work environment or anything like that. Of course when I tried to take it back a couple weeks later it was over the 30 day policy. The manager denied the refund and told me that I could file a warranty claim to get a new case. The problem is I don’t want a new case because it is of poor quality to have faded like this so quickly. So I am out $40 dollars and have since bought another case which has held up just fine and cost half the price. Terrible experience and typical large company placing profit over keeping its customers satisfied.UPDATE 1/23/24 - Another example of poor customer service and Verizon just trying to look like they care on Google. A reply was sent over a week ago saying it had been "escalated" and that they hope I give them another chance. Have I heard from them? They have my number and email, but no I have not and I would bet that I never will. Example number two of poor customer service from this Verizon store.

TL;DR don't trust Verizon. They're a mess and a headache to deal with.Verizon at first seems like a great option for internet, especially for units with Fiber optics. But this company is deceptive. I have put a disconnection request in February 2023 when I moved to a unit where it didn't make sense to use Verizon anymore. I returned my router and submitted the request. They didn't warn me my cancellation request wasn't processed and charged me from February 2023 to August 2023 even though I returned my router and I've presented that I ended my lease at that unit. When I called customer service about the charges I got no help pursuing any reimbursement and got attitude from customer service. When I wanted to move with Fios for the unit before the move I wanted to cancel they had required me to open a completely new account. On top of this a lot of verizon stores are unable to do any Wifi interactions including dropping off or replacing routers. Terrible customer service, terrible account management systems, and shady business practices. I strongly recommend you don't do business with this company but if you absolutely must, use a credit card that you're confident you can perform chargebacks. Screw the autopay discount, the marginal savings is not worth getting scammed without any recourse.

Why is the Verizon have the baddest service representative and ignorant manager. I stop by at this store to get clarification on my business account bill and didn’t have my physical ID with me However I am the only and authorized person to access my account and I explained that I don’t posses my id for the time being and can show the front and back picture of my ID and they are refusing to serve and the the store manager is not coming out for more than 45 minutes to talk and resolve the issue it is disappointing.
