cant drop off equipment here. Would be helpful if they could add an actual phone number to call the store directly online vs the mega call center.

My recent visit to the Verizon store in Clarendon was, regrettably, a disappointing ordeal that left me feeling overlooked and undervalued. The incident began when my phone unexpectedly lost signal, leading me to seek assistance at the Verizon store. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a woman with black hair and glasses. Although she briefly examined my SIM card, her solution was simply to direct me to use the store's landline to contact Verizon's customer service, without offering any further support on her part.As I navigated through the customer service call, a conversation that stretched over an hour, I was notably left without a chair, standing in discomfort and growing increasingly thirsty. Throughout this time, the store representative showed no inclination to attend to my needs or comfort, a stark reflection of a broader indifference that marred my experience.Adding to my frustration was the customer service's lack of professionalism and acuity. Especially given the absence of any meaningful assistance or information regarding my SIM card from Verizon's side.In a moment of resignation, I ended the call and left the Verizon store to seek help elsewhere, pondering the likelihood of being subjected to further lengthy waits had I chosen to persist.This experience starkly highlighted a significant lapse in customer care and respect, casting a shadow over my perception of Verizon. It is my earnest hope that this feedback prompts a serious reevaluation of customer service protocols and attitudes, ensuring that future customers are met with the consideration and support they rightfully deserve.

Verizon has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their call centers might actually be the most useless call center I have ever dealt with. Absolute incompetence and insane wait hold times and they still can’t tell me where I can exchange my router. Useless, if you have any other option GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

When my phone was stolen last week, we put in an online order for a new iPhone and the Verizon store was extremely helpful! Due to the fact that my ID was stolen as well, they walked us through adding my boyfriend as an authorized manager to our phone plan so that we could pick up the phone same day. I was quite relieved to have a replacement the same day and it only took about 10 minutes!

TL;DR don't trust Verizon. They're a mess and a headache to deal with.Verizon at first seems like a great option for internet, especially for units with Fiber optics. But this company is deceptive. I have put a disconnection request in February 2023 when I moved to a unit where it didn't make sense to use Verizon anymore. I returned my router and submitted the request. They didn't warn me my cancellation request wasn't processed and charged me from February 2023 to August 2023 even though I returned my router and I've presented that I ended my lease at that unit. When I called customer service about the charges I got no help pursuing any reimbursement and got attitude from customer service. When I wanted to move with Fios for the unit before the move I wanted to cancel they had required me to open a completely new account. Terrible customer service, terrible account management systems, and shady business practices. I strongly recommend you don't do business with this company but if you absolutely must, use a credit card that you're confident you can perform chargebacks. Screw the autopay discount, the marginal savings is not worth getting scammed without any recourse.

Love verizon network. Poor customer service though. Every time I try to speak and clarify, to the specialist, Bhino will keep cut me off. Had to beg him to help me. No interest to listen and communicate.

This is my first review for a store, EVER. I feel THIS STRONGLY about this store. Do yourself a favor and never ever visit for any cell phone or cell plan needs. The workers are extremely rude and have ZERO information regarding the details of their devices, plans, accessories, etc...Good luck asking specifics such as 'how much will my new plan be?' or 'how does this promotion work'? They'll only spin you around 60 times and shove you out the door. After being absolutely lost, I proceeded to preorder the iPhone 15 Pro. They never actually initiated the order, which then caused itself to cancel, so here I am, waiting a month for a new iphone when nothing was even processed, so I had to go through the exact same situation at another VERY HELPFUL VERIZON in Alexandria.WARNING - DO NOT GO THIS STORE - I even gave it a second chance and yep, consistently awful (go look at other reviews as well).

Walked in to get help with buying a new phone, the manager of the store was very rude and did not care to help me at all. I asked if I could have everything priced out three times and he would only give me the amount for the discount not the full amount I would be paying. The entire time talking he was just looking at the customers in the back that needed help like my time was not important. Would not recommend this store at all!!!

Worst customer servicd ever. I went into the store to pre-order an upgrade, and the lead guy walked over and asked how he could help me. I tell him im trying to preorder a phone since it's not available on the site, and the deal says to go into the store. He then proceedes to lie and say they are all pre-ordered up. And that if you cant click it then its gone. I look at him like hes a lunatic. He then proceeds to inturpt a customer telling them you cant fix water damage its an auto replace. Which is a lie. You can fix water damage verizon wont do it but it 100 percent can be fixed its expensive but doable. Absolutely awful.

I am baffled by these negative comments!! Just unbelievable!I think a lot of the negativity is because people just want something to complain about.. A lot of people are very hurt these days, and because of that, they are hateful. They will lash out at innocents, like these sales reps.The customer service we received at the Clarendon Boulevard Verizon in Arlington was absolutely perfect! From start to finish. A couple employees were chatting but they snapped to attention as soon as they saw us. We were greeted in a professional nice manner. They shook my hand and told me their names. They shook my friends hand. They also greeted his child.They helped us decide which phone would be the best for the child. (who is 9)They explained everything so well!! I mean, they explained to a T! Very thorough! Marcus did a marvelous job explaining how to set up notifications being sent to the parents phone about the child’s online activity.I would highly recommend this Verizon. Don’t pay attention to the negativity.

Almost hit by Verizon van today after male driver ran a stop sign then he flipped us pedestrians off. Very unprofessional and dangerous driving.
