Seems like no one wants to works with you. Asking them a simple question, turns to pure disappearance from the staff. Not worth it.

Trying to get Mail Forwarding straightened out… the carriers and managers here are BEYOND professional. They did in 5 minutes what the computers couldn’t in 5 days of trying. Very grateful to have great folks treating you like you’re on the same team. Thank you USPS carriers and managers!

AWFUL! President Trump can you please completely revamp the USPS. Don't bother calling they will NOT answer the phone. I had to drive from NYC to resolve my issue. FEDEX/UPS form now on.

I have come here several times to pick up packages that were sent here as the final stop before delivery. The employees have always gone above and beyond to help locate my packages before they were placed on the truck, even the week before Christmas! I don’t understand all the negative reviews.

Some were nice, some not. Not a place designed for customer service and some managers ensure you are reminded of this.

Sent a letter with a tracking number from Singapore to my friend in the US. After 30 days I decided to search for the letter using USPS. Put in all the details (letter, name, address and tracking number) I keep getting messages from USPS, that the information given is not enough. Asked my friend to check with their post office, was told that the letter was sent back already. Using a normal tracking app, I was able to locate my letter. After collecting my letter in Singapore, I received an email from USPO, saying that they are sorry and can't search for the letter with the information given. Dear USPS, how can it be, that my friends post office found out about the letter and my tracking app can find it but your great search organization, which is made for issues like this, cant? I guess some people are just incapable of doing a good job or about caring about their customers...I wonder how far up this attitude goes.

I have not gotten 1 day without mail in my box that is someone else's. I have to get my mail sent to my folks, in hopes of actually getting it. multiple complaints through formal channels has done squat. they just shrug and tell me it is a training route. i have to deliver 6 pieces of wrong mail tomorrow. i need a paycheck if i am a mailman now. this sucks.

Ugh. Never again! Don't do it. Rent a horse and carrier it yourself before coming here. And your welcome.

Heated is not the word.....My packaged was delivered via Fedex to the post office 6/14/17 @ 12:56pm. I relayed that information to the postal carrier @ 2:16pm on 6/14/17. Fast forward to today....Postal carrier arrives after 3pm (6/15/17) no Package. Where's my package? I don't know I don't have it. Why? it was delivered to your location the Annex yesterday at 12:59pm!!!!! ....... I don't know, they probably didn't put it on my truck.....Soooooo what am I supposed to do? Wait until tomorrow. I called the Annex, I showed my package was delivered to your location via fedex yesterday and was out today for delivery, where is it. Spoke to Raquel, whom by the way was slightly helpful. Then Mike get's on the phone to tell me that they don't know where the package is, they will have to wait until the driver's get back in to see if the package was put on another truck and let me know tomorrow or it may be delivered tomorrow. That is unacceptable/unprofessional and just plain RUDE. Mike tone indicated to me that he was UN-BOTHERED, which really has my blood boiling!!!! This is NOT the first time this has happened, this is the 3rd time this has happened. I explained this to UN-BOTHERED Mike and he could care less. The lack of customer service is disheartening. So, bad review and I'm complaining to the Post Master General!!! You don't get to mess up and then be RUDE about it....

The experiences I have had with this Annex have not been great but in no way have they been horrible. I have dealt with plenty of incompetent, unprofessional, time-wasting customer service agents from many, many companies and this USPS Annex doesn't even come close to the worse. I successfully picked up packages, shipped packages (so long as it is already in a official USPS package, box, envelope, etc with shipping labels & postage already attached), and spoke on the phome with the front desk to have a package redelivery the next day because I wasn't home and the package had signature service associated with it. However they suck at answering the phone (almost never). Also they have no real service desk because they technically aren't a functional post office just an annex for actual post offices. You just have to keep that it mind when dealing with them. It is not fair to them to rate them based off of what you believe a Post Office should do when they Aren't A Post Office but An Annex. You can pick up, ship off, and have redelivered your packages, just come during working hours for them, go inside with your ID and have your tracking number with you and you should be fine. That is all I have ever needed when I have gone. Plus whenever I have gone there in person someone was always willing to take the time to deal with me, mainly because they don't have to deal with many people and every time I have gone it has only been me there so no lines, no waiting, no real other priorities but me. Like I said, not the best but certainly not the worst. My rating is not my rating for them as a post office because as I have already pointed out, they aren't a post office but for their customer service in general for what they actually are, an annex.
