Stefan at the front desk, hope I’m spelling that right, came thru huge for me. My address was erroneously marked invalid by the carrier and he flagged the package before it could be returned to sender. Really appreciate the customer service.

Staff is rude. Got a chip on their shoulder, waiting to take it out on the first customer they find the opportunity to. It’s ridiculous how unpleasant it is to interact with the staff. There is no other establishment that I’ve interacted with that will treat customers this way.

Always rude at this location and mail dropped in the blue mailbox was not scanned for days leading to a significant delay.

Counter staff refused to look into non-delivery of a bill which was shown by "informed delivery" to be expected 4 days before. The counter person was rude and dismissive. This is not the first time I have encountered poor service. This is a very poorly run PO. I always go to 22205 (Westover) to send anything. Oh, I got that letter 11 days after it was predicted to be delivered.

Extremely rude staff on the front. They talk to you like you owe them something. I dropped a packaged couple days ago and its lost no where to be found and she didn’t want to help saying “there is nothing we can do” who can do it then? Never using USPS ever again for my business. This is not the first time they do this and don’t take any responsibility. I also witnessed the staff treating an elderly woman very bad. The poor lady looked scared and embarrassed.

I recently mailed family photos, that were taped up in a Manila envelope in which I asked the employee if this was secure enough so the photos would not fall out of the envelope- she did not reply- in fact she ‘pretended’ not to hear me-and had an attitude like I was ‘inconveniencing’ her- I then asked if I could have tape to reinforce the sealed envelope- was told they don’t have any tape—- was chargedlike it was a package- not a sealed envelope- Results: recipient only received empty envelope, No photos inside-along with note from USPS saying it had been damaged-I followed up at same Post Office I had mailed the photos at, asked for supervisor so so could complain/bring to attention— was told no supervisor- did not if/when supervisor will be there (date/time)-After all that, one PO employee asked if I had the check on me- since she accidentally gave me the check I paid with—

Its like going to a third world country. In addition my sent birthday and received Christmas cards are opened looking for $, might not be my locals. Still, the skill and care of the staff here is atrocious.

Unbelievably bad in every conceivable way. Packages and checks missing, birthday cards I've sent from this USPS were cut open and checks removed...No issues with other post offices I've used. Employees here started shouting and insulting me when I came by to inquire about recent disappearances. Says it all, really. Avoid this post office and the despicable staff- they clearly don't want to work anyways, so it's a win-win for all involved.

Employee was super rude to me. I was willing to get a different box like she said but, right off the bat, she was acting annoyed with me for even using the wrong box in the first place. Wouldn’t even provide tape and wanted me to buy a whole roll. I won’t be going back to this post office.

The 22207 post office in Arlington Virginia has been absolutely unreliable in performing almost every basic task across the range of my experiences with its staff, who have shown me no indication of wanting to get things right.--This post office delivers other neighborhood residents’ mail to my home, sometimes several times per month. When this happens, I take the time to redeliver the wrongly-sent mail to my neighbors - sometimes several blocks away. I do not know how often my own mail is delivered to other people.--On three separate occasions, this post office delivered to my home packages that I had sent to myself from other locations in the U.S., for which I had paid extra for the optional service to have the packages held at the post office for me to pick up in person. In every single one of these cases, I received an e-mail (as sender of the packages) in which the post office falsely asserted that the recipient (me) was present to receive the packages and that I signed for the packages. This not only deprived me of the service for which I had paid extra, but exposed my packages to potential theft, since I was traveling during the periods of delivery.--This post office's mailman once left a delivery of several packages on my driveway, only two minutes before the beginning of the worst rainstorm of the year. Common sense dictated that the boxes should and could have easily been left by my mailbox on my covered porch, only five feet away, where they would have been protected from the rain. Incidentally, this delivery was designated (and paid extra for) to be held at the post office for me to pick up in person, and I received an e-mail falsely asserting that I was present to receive the packages and signed for them.--After I submitted a mail-forwarding request, my mail was not forwarded. It took over two months and three complaints online and by phone from me to the U.S. Post Office’s Office of the Consumer Advocate, before mail-forwarding actually started. Later, inexplicably, the mail-forwarding service was terminated several months before the termination request date.--After I submitted a mail hold request, my mail continued to be delivered.I interacted several times with this post office’s staff to submit various requests and to discuss some of the matters above. These experiences resulted rudeness from staff members, and a seeming lack of concern with the need to address the failures, dishonesty, and competence issues described above. I was never able to reach this post office by telephone. My visits to address issues in person during business hours were unfortunately time-consuming, unpleasant, disappointing, and unsuccessful in generating improved performance.I see from the other comments that my experiences are neither unique nor new. This post office requires a complete change-up in its staff, or improved oversight to impose performance standards and accountability.

I go to this post office at least once a week, and the employees are always kind and helpful! It can be a bit busy at times and would be quicker with more staff working. That being said I've been present multiple times when grumpy "Karen's" yell and curse at the workers, usually for things completely out of their control, and they are always respectful and professional back (looking at the other reviews I think we can tell who's who lol).
