Today I went to do my passport and the process was good and fast but if you want to get in and out fast make sure you get an appointment. I totally recommend this post office for any Passport or mail service. I came all the way from D.C. to this post for the best customer service i got there. So thank you again Clardeon post office I will be back again.

Absolutely brutal incompetence and unprofessional behavior by the staff. It beggars belief that an organization could employ such people. The Post Office is a relic, and it cannot die soon enough.

Hands-down, the rudest employees, and worst customer service in the industry.

Automated service at the post office can’t come soon enough so we all don’t have to deal with the absolutely depressing and unpleasant staff at this location. Seriously! It takes effort to be this horrible at your job and yall have absolutely aced it!

Let me tell you, Iesha who helped me today was just so amazing at her job. I was completing the daunting adult task of renewing my passport. She made the whole process quick and painless. I so appreciate It! Thank you again! Would definitely return to this post office for my mailing needs.

The phone is always disconnected (seriously, try the phone number listed here), constantly mis-deliver my mail, rude, and treats mail like garbage.
I always tell people I love where I live, just hate the post office. Try to avoid at all costs.
Update 3 years later: Thought they couldn't get any worse? Guess again.
These days I get my neighbor's mail about as much as I get my own, to the point where I now know a neighbor 3 blocks away very well. I sometimes get overseas shipments, and they constantly mark it as "Couldn't deliver, no one was home" without even attempting to deliver. No 'sorry we missed you' notification, no knock on the door, nothing. They just don't want to do the work.
Tracking is completely useless with these guys. My mail will sometimes get marked as "business closed, can't deliver." Except that this is a house, not a business.
These people are extremely lazy, rude, and unhelpful. I miss living in 22207.
UPDATE IN 2019:
Every month I get a packaged marked as 'delivered' via their tracking system and it's not here. I have to call in to get my packages actually delivered.
Awful, awful employees.
2020 UPDATE:
So far this year they've manage to football celebratory spike a $300 piece of electronics (saw it happen through my window) and play dumb when I asked them what they were doing. The thing was wrapped in massive amounts of bubble wrap and was demolished by the lady who decided she hated my package. They've also managed to lose a $200 package that was 'delivered' at 4:30 when my actual mail didn't come until 7. Liars all around, and they all just act dumbfounded when you ask them about it. Nothing excuses this kind of behavior, I would be immediately fired from my job for 1/10th of this nonsense.
I wish there was a better alternative to this horrendous place. It's at the point where we have a chance to move next year and the post office is the main reason we might. It really is that bad.
2024 Update:
Mail carrier spiked (like football spiked) my package, she always does this. It damaged a 200 dollar irreplaceable item that was available for like 15 minutes before it sold out. The post office's response? "Whatever"
I wish they'd fire everyone and rebuild the place from scratch. It's so bad, they're so lazy. They literally don't care about you or any aspect of their job. And 99% of the time they say they'll do something, they're lying to you. No one else I know has this kind of consistent trouble.

I was having difficulty receiving a shipment that went to a different post office and Cynthia went out and beyond to assist me. She was polite and polished and very helpful as was everyone else!

The post office really needs more funding so they can provide better service. Waiting in line for 30 mins just to get a form to fill out shouldn’t happen.

Just not a good post office. Every time I go here they act like I am asking them to do too much. Even the people that go here are Karen army litenuiant commanders. Go anywhere but here and avoid everyone who works here. Do everything self service and just use this place to drop packaged off with pre paid shipping labels. Avoid at all costs.

Do NOT go here to get electronic fingerprints. After 3 hours of waiting and machine failures, we were told sorry.

Outside it is a very nice post office building. Inside it's completely normal. I've been here several times to buy stamps or send packages and I've never really had any problems.
