I was checked out by a man named Darryl, who seemed immediately annoyed about where I wrote the “to” and “from” on the package. He told me it was going to get sent back to me. I am autistic and typically need a minute to process what is going on and to provide a response. He didn’t hand the package back to me so I was unsure what to say and if he wanted me to go back and fix it. He made patronizing remarks about how I should’ve surely known and kept asking me over and over if I knew that. The fan in the store was right behind me and very loud, and everything became a bit overstimulating and it was hard to process what was going on. I felt like I was being talked down to. After a minute, I tried to share with him what I knew from past experiences, that once I pay for a shipping label it prints out and can be laid on top of what I wrote. He made remarks along the lines of like, “ohh are you sure? You tell me if it’s gonna get sent back to you or not?” And I finally said, “I guess it will”, trying to give him an answer he wanted so the questioning would stop. He told me twice that I should be thanking him for telling me. He printed out a shipping label for me and laid it on top of where I wrote the addresses. When he finished the transaction and handed me my receipt, I was on the verge of tears and walked away, and he yelled across the room, “you better fix your attitude”. I’m dumbfounded over how that interaction escalated to what it was. I didn’t argue or retaliate with remarks, all I did was try to process the situation the best I could. No one should be talked down to like that regardless of the packing mistake they’ve made.

I had a thoroughly pleasant experience at this post office taking care of a quick shipping order during my lunch break. I was probably in and out in about 15 minutes, which was way faster than I expected even though there was only one person in front of me in line. The gentleman who assisted me was friendly and helpful. I look forward to using this post office again.

The guy name Darryl I guess is very helpful and nice however i cannot say anything for the lady. She has bad attitude argue with people and looks like doesn’t like anything. Even her colleagues acknowledge her behaviors

Usually USPS are horrible, BUT I had a fantastic experience at this USPS store! The lady working there went above and beyond to assist me and patiently explained everything I needed to know. Her exceptional customer service made my visit pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this USPS store to anyone in need of shipping or postal services.

So many parts of this storefront have been out of service for 8+ months. You just drop your packages in what is essentially a grocery cart in the lobby. It doesn’t feel secure whatsoever.

A few weeks ago I changed my address online and received an email about verifying my address in person. When I first received the email, I dreaded the thought of going to the post office because service is usually terrible. To my surprise, I had an excellent experience at this location. Customer service was quick, easy, and seamless!

Employees are completely incompetent. Woman in there was acting like she didn't understand the language I was speaking, so I got "assistance" from this man who seemed equally unhelpful. Just a waste of time.

The storefront is pretty dingy considering the area. Not really an issue, but this storefront does stand out because of it. The 2 stars is because there's no self-service or package drop-off barrel. Not sure why since it would make the place much more efficient and would likely take a lot of stress off the employees.

Awful service! Went there two days ago the lady at the counter was an old Asian lady with an attitude and barely speaks English! Seriously why employing such unprofessional rude ppl to work in such a place ! Never again
