It's not great, but it's not awful either. Likely the same story for all USPS store out there. I usually come in to drop off a package or a letter and get out within 10 mins. Sometimes I have to wait but it's not long. The employees don't seem like they want to be there, but at least they do their jobs.

This location did not open on time. Eight people waiting in line, one rang the bell to alert personnel in the back and they still didn’t open. Dirty, rundown lobby and no supplies.

The service here is Absolutely bad.
There is only one person working who shows no signs of responsibility towards the long waiting que.
