Stylist: Andre is the best in the area for curly hair. I highly recommend him. Even if your hair is not curly, he gives a great cut. Love him and urban halo!

Nash is, hands down, the best colorist. I have moved several times, including overseas, and travel often but always come back to Nash because the blonde he delivers is authentic and stunning. He truly is genius and Urban Halo is a comfortable place to relax and be pampered. Everyone is friendly and wants you to look your best. Look no further, make an appointment now. You won't regret it!

Not for bangs. Next time please remind your stylist not to cut straight across xo (edited after the salon’s response): Although I appreciate the salons’s offer, I don’t think there is anything that can be done to fix my bangs. I honestly feel so violated that someone ruined my hair like this. I feel like they just handed the scissors to a random guy on the street and said “have at it”. I’ve never had such a horrible haircut in my life. And yes, it’s just hair, and yes, it will grow back, but how you present yourself to the world is hugely important and at the moment, I feel atrocious. This was the fastest haircut of my life! 20 minutes total - less than 10 minutes of cutting and then a 10 minute blow dry. It felt so rushed and chaotic.
I was told that the hairdresser they assigned me was good with curly hair but the new cut just doesn't suit my curl type at all and my curls dried flat and lifeless. The layers are awkward and chunky. I haven't worn my hair down since I got it cut a week ago which is so frustrating after paying $100. I am hoping as the curls and layers grow out it will look better.
Other than the haircut itself, the salon staff was super nice and the location is very convenient. But sadly, I won't be back.

Had to give a shout-out to Urban Halo after another great experience today. I brought a bizarre-looking hair disaster to the owner, Nash, and he got it looking better than I ever would have thought possible (I'd lost all my hair from a medical treatment, and growing it back from nothing involved some *very* awkward phases). I went for a trim today, and again he improved the look more than I would have thought possible. I always had my hair long -- I didn't know anything about having shorter hair. I was able to go to Nash and basically just say, "Uh, I want to grow it long again. Please give me a haircut that looks good in the meantime without taking a lot off," and it was fantastic. Nash is truly a master stylist.

I’ve been coming to Urban Halo for a decade now after searching high and low for a salon I can trust, and after hearing through the grapevine that they’ve handled high profile clients in the local area. I’ve seen Nash every time, but I’ve had the pleasure of interfacing with many of their stylists back when they were assisting him under his mentorship program (Brittany, Andrea, Meghan). He takes hungry, talented, and hardworking stylists under his wing and generously teaches them the skills he’s acquired over his career via an apprenticeship, prior to them taking on their own clients and ultimately becoming wildly popular. Don’t get me wrong – Nash is always at the wheel of this operation. He will do anything and everything to make sure you leave satisfied, whether you are in his salon chair or a member of his team’s.
He’s colored the extensions for my wedding free of charge. He’s squeezed my appointments in like magic when I’ve had a scheduling nightmare. I’ve gotten blowouts from Brittany, Andrea, and Meghan for some of the most important (and photographed) days of my life. I have thick, coarse, wavy blonde hair that takes a billion hours to foil, multiple people to blow dry, and I’m VERY particular about how I look to boot; all to say taking on my mane is no easy task. I appreciate how he listens to me and constantly checks in to see if I’m satisfied – I could literally call him right now and say I want my bangs tweaked and he’d find a way to fit me in. Honesty is his #1 priority in a trusted client-stylist relationship, and I really appreciate that. All to say – make the appointment!

Awful customer service. Just waited 25 minutes for the guy Carlos not to even show up to the appointment. No one apologized and they didn’t give me any reason for him not showing. Didn’t even give me a voucher or anything. It was my first time here and I waited 4 weeks for this appointment when I could have booked elsewhere. I am absolutely pissed and the front desk had no remorse. Never go here

I will never return to Urban Halo Salon for any kind of hair styling or treatment and I had been a customer for 30 years! About 8 months ago my hair was damaged from over-processing highlights. The ends of my hair continue to break every time I shampoo resulting in significant hair loss. Master stylists are arrogant and don't care to listen to clients requests. The vibe here has changed over the years and service is unremarkable. Also, I was charged $90 over the price quoted when I booked the appointment.
