United Bank staff are helpful and provide great service. They are nice and try to communicate with customers, even when language is a barrier. The staff, including the manager, solve problems and make a good impression. They are quick to help and provide assistance throughout the banking process, even after initial services are completed. Overall, United Bank deserves appreciation for its helpful and pleasant staff.
