Fantastic! I dropped in late on a Friday with a slipping chain on my commuter everything bike and you had me back on the road in a flash with a repaired chain at a very reasonable cost. And you gave me some great advice for keeping me running all weather all seasons. AND you made me feel good about my 14 year old bike which I was starting to sour on. I really appreciate it.

The staff is always wonderful when I come in. Some bike shops can be pretentious and unwelcoming but not this store. Kevin and John in particular are always great to work with, and the rest of the team is stellar. Store is also always clean and well stocked.

I've been doing the trade up program for both my boys the past 4 years and everyone that works here has been great to deal with, espcially the GM, Kevin. He is awesome. I look forward to getting my next bike here...

This place is excellent, definitely the finest bike shop in the greater Clarendon area. Love the selection of bikes and accessories, but the repair team really sets this place apart. Jon is the best kind of mechanic - smart, kind and willing to explain his repairs in detail. Very lucky to have this place in Arlington.

Even though the Trek store closest to my home isn’t this one, I always choose the Clarendon location because it's simply the best.
The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Kyle and Kevin. Kyle is patient and attentive, helping me find the perfect bike based on my needs. When neither the store nor the website had stock, he made an extra effort to source the bike from another location. Once it arrived, he went beyond by teaching me how to ride properly and adjust the seat to fit my height—something I haven't experienced elsewhere. Kevin, the technician, is also very impressive. Every time my bike has issues, he inspects it thoroughly, and after repairs, he checks for any other potential problems, treating it like his own baby. His advice on maintenance is always spot-on.
This store is my go-to in the DMV area. The only downside is the steep hill you have to climb from Rosslyn, which really tests your bike’s uphill power, but Trek bikes handle it effortlessly.

Everybody that works there is very friendly and helpful, and really goes out of their way to help you and answer your questions, even if they are really obvious. Even compared to other Trek stores, the people that work here really just seem like they want to help out.

Everything started off great. Now, I'm awaiting the outcome of waranty claim (on a bike that I purchased and it was damaged before I got a chance to ride it). I can't say that the sales representative knew but I'm pissed that he did not know and sold me (a damaged bike!!!). I took the bike to another Trek location in MD (Columbia, MD) and they advised me that the frame was damaged at the joining point of the top tube, seat tube and seat stays. There was a fine crack that ran the along the weld joint (on the 52cm Emonda ALR 5 matte and gloss black). This has been a real experience that I have not experience ever before. I've worked for a bike shop before (Bike Doctor of Arnold, MD) but I've NEVER seen a damaged bike make it to the floor for sale to the public. I've seen many come back after use damaged but NEVER sold as new with damages. I returned the Emonda to this location on 10/18/2024. The staff was eager to assist me in getting my initial problem resolved (via refund or exchange for a new bike). I opted for an exchange (same year model but a different color). The Trek Bicycles of Clarendon honored their product without hesittion.
