“February 4th, 2022- I made a purchase in this store around 5:30 PM. The store representative was extremely helpful in relaying prices to me as this store has not been opened long. I told the representative that I was going across the street to CVS after thanking him for great customer service. However I didn't go to CVS and hours later noticed that I left my credit card in the checkout machine at Tobacco King. I went back to Tobacco King and soon as I walked in the Representative called me my name ! His name is Taha and he advised that when he found my credit card he went across the Street thinking I was there. Representative Taha of Tobacco King went far and beyond to return my credit card to me in which he did as soon as I returned to his established! It is refreshing to see the best customer service I have ever seen by Representative Taha! Definitely has my business and support from now on. Thank You Taha ????”

“This Total Wine store has a lot of great wines, but the "wine experts" have been so-so. However, recently, we had a "wine expert" named Eva who was super helpful and friendly. It changed our perception of the store from a mediocre location to 5-star. I hope they give her a chance to coach other wine experts in the store.”
