Use their services when work takes me out of town. Have no complaints and they've provided a valuable and needed service as my hyperactive sport model dog (what was I thinking?) needs his daily walk or I pay a heavy toll. Good pricing and have never missed a needed appointment.

We have used TFAW for nearly 3 years for two different dogs and a cat. They have shown great responsiveness, responsibility, and care for our pets. Our current greyhound adoptee is a retired racer from the track and did very well transitioning into his life as a retiree. One area he had trouble was trusting a walker he'd only met a couple times coming into the house to take him out for a walk. He did great with us, but had been through major life changes recently and a whole new home that could all have contributed to his stuborrness with strangers TFAW showed such great patience. They tried different walkers and different methods to having him warm up to the concept. They have been succesful in getting him to go for his walks. He's come a long way and is opening up a little more to them every day and it's due to their care and patience. Their system of billing has always worked out easy for us and the process for cancelling a walk is smooth and dependable. Everyone in the office is always helpful and responsive too.
