Never actually been to the store, but had an issue where I needed to contact them. Customer service was atrocious! Can honestly say, will never shop in one of the stores. I feel politeness and common courtesy go a long way!

While I found a few cute gifts for Christmas, I would not recommend Urban Farmhouse as THE spot to go to. There are some over-the-top glowing reviews here and I just do not feel the same. There weren't loads of great finds (a few but not tons of treasures like others seem to see) but the biggest issue was customer service. I quietly shopped and ended up spending about $90+ but there was another shopper who was fawned over. I waited to the side to check out while the two ladies chatted and chatted. The other shopper was asked, "do you need anything wrapped?" On and on. When I was finally helped, there was no great attention and was even asked "do you need a bag"? I clearly was buying many items to include breakables. I felt like a j*** for saying, "yes, please." There are so many great shops to go to so I will spend my money elsewhere.

I think my 6 year old said it best, "wow! This is like an art museum! Oh every room gets better!" Urban farmhouse is a treasure. I come here (and upstairs to Covet) any time I want to find a unique and thoughtful gift. I adore the urban farmhouse vibe, I think I've gotten everything from greeting cards to unique vases to guacamole dishes to bottle openers to tea mugs. I'm delighted every time by the curated selection and friendly service. Shop local and this lovely spot!!

What a great store, I really like places like this. The Urban Farmhouse is located on Wilson Boulevard in Arlington Va. I can't explain any better than their website. The wares are a delightful combination of urban chic and farmhouse charm. Their hours are a bit limited but you have to find the time to get there. They are closed Monday and Tuesday and the rest of the week their hours are as follows: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11am-5pm Saturday 10am-5pm Sunday 12 noon-5pm The last Wednesday of every month from 5pm-8pm they have wine Wednesday. I haven't been yet but I'll go and update my review when I do. They sell everything from nice furniture, candles, housewares, wine, jam preservatives and so much more. We ended up buying a dish towel for the kitchen with a funny slogan on it. All the items are beautifully crafted and if a great quality. We'll be coming back for Christmas gifts and in the next week or two they'll be bringing out their Christmas items, can't wait to check those out. Go check this place out!!! This is a great place for special gift for family, friends or co-workers. The gifts are unique and something anyone would appreciate receiving.

Saw this in Washingtonian and ARLnow and was worried I would get my hopes up and be disappointed but pleased to report that this store did not disappoint! I think I picked up 4 items before I even walked inside. Compared to other boutiques where everything is cute but priced like $20 more than I would ever pay this store had super reasonable prices. I had been searching for a few items for a while and their prices were even comparable with Amazon. The owner is also super personable and helpful. All in all its a great local hidden gem. If you live in the area (or even if you don't) it's a must stop if you like the Joanna Gaines asthetique. Only downside is it's almost too close to my house and I know over time my husband's patience will wear thin from all my purchases because I plan to be a regular customer. :)

Charming local store with a great variety of household and personal gift items. I can always find something I want here, and a go-to place when I need a gift. And I agree with another reviewer that the prices are spot on.
