In the Marriott hotel for elite members, it has More than ample space. This lounge is comfortable and clean with music on the speakers, plenty of seating in different configurations and a bar. There's fresh coffee and espresso machines with food in the morning and evening.

Caught a cook not washing their hands after using the bathroom, and then they were touching lots of different food and sending it to customers.

Great made to order breakfast and buffet options . Not sure why some people are complaining about free food and service.

The bed was fantastic, the shower, and the complimentary soaps, conditioners, and creams for the ladies was incredible. The front desk was quick to respond to all request, and didn't seam to know how to say "NO". The hotel restaurant was ridiculously priced, $25 for breakfast buffet that was in my opinion lacking. Tuna sandwich was $20 drinks were $15 so we ate, and drank other places. Enjoyed the doorman giving me crap about my Dallas Cowboy gear.

First trip in December we stayed here for my father burial at Arlington. It was amazing from the room to the employees, food etc. over exceeded out expectations. Staff was wicked nice and helpful. When we just went to visit my dad and stayed a second time cause of the amazing first experience. We spent much more thanour first experience. Wish we didnt. Staff was wicked rude. Could care less about us. Was overly fake niced us to death and told us to call the customer service number and didnt want to help us at all. We did that and they told us to talk to the front desk. Room was dirty. Hair in shower and dirty glass door. Desk had hair and dust as well as my night stand. Sheets had holes all over. When we ate breakfast they were very rude. Didnt clear our plates or get my partner a drink at all. Didnt refill my drink. Never got waters. Didnt check in on us. I have a food allergy and asked the person filling the buffet about what brand the oatmeal was. She literally shoed me with her hand like I was a fly and walked away without helping me. We were treated like secondhand citizens. Breakfast was $50 without tip. I expected atleast a water.

I've stayed here before and was grateful to stay again. Staff is wonderful. They have a FedEx on site that costs an extra $15 for convenience but worth the price. Next time I have to figure out how to be a part of the M Lounge for their food!!

Questionable about the cleanliness of the bathroom. Upon arrival, found hair around the toilet seat, hair in thr bathtub, and even a hair stuck on a towel. Only stayed a night after a flight that arrived late. But 5 stars for the shuttle driver, he went above and beyond.

No breakfast selection other than yogurt and candy/nuts. I chose this hotel over the others in the area that offer hot breakfast because of the privacy of the club; won't make that mistake again. Pretty disappointing.

For those traveling by public transportation, public transit is very accessible at this Marriott. This area is very commuter-friendly, not only with the accessibility but also with there being a Commuter Store once you go down the hall with the shops (looks like the store provides maps) - this hall is just to the left of the front desk / lobby. There are several different types of shops/stores down the hall by the lobby, including stores/shops that sell/service:- Bubble tea- Nails- Artwork - Party supplies- Jewelry- ClothingThese shops close at 6 pm.The lobby is nice. I was a little disappointed that the dispenser in the lobby was out of warm apple cider when I tried to get some, but I like that these drinks are offered to guests. The halls to the guest rooms are on the dimmer side, and the rooms look a bit dated (rug floors, versus hardwood).I did not use the gym, but I quickly went to check it out on the first floor. You need key access to enter the gym, and I was silly to not bring mine (you don't need it for the elevator, as you do at some hotels). It appears to have the basics (treadmill, elliptical, maybe free weights - I didn't get a full view from outside the entrance).Overall, this hotel seems to be decent for those looking to spend time shopping and exploring the DC area. There are some corporate buildings in the vicinity as well.

We booked a 1 Bedroom Junior Suite for a stay to catch up with friends that live near by this hotel and had a great stay. The room was huge and very inexpensive (Thank you covid!). Normally I would book a standard room but we planned to eat meals with our friends and the living room area accommodated 4 very comfortably. The bedroom was also a good size and no complaints except for the view of the highway, but that didnt really bother me for this trip. The bathroom was also a good size but a little strange with some of the ADA handrail placement in the shower. This hotel was huge and I felt very safe because I was never very close to other people. In terms of area, the neighboorhood is pretty safe with some shopping nearby and a Metro station if you need to go into DC. I would certianly stay here again.

Great hotel for several reasons. First its close to the Metro so you can go anywhere in DC. Second is the rooms are updated and well managed. Third is the staff is wonderful and ready to help at all times. I travel often to DC and love staying here. You will too.
