Visited this gym on 3 different occasions while I was visiting a friend in Arlington. Loved the people and the vibe! Amazing workouts and if I lived in Arlington I would totally be a member!

Was staying at the hotel across the street and was able to drop in for a few days. Programming was great and the OLY club was awesome. Brittney, Louis and Edward were great. The members were also really welcoming. Will for sure be back when in town.

Been doing Crossfit since 2010 and I’ve done lots of different programming. They have a gift for programming here and I’m super lucky to have found this gym. Rarely do I feel ‘too’ sore to do the work. You won’t regret checking this gym out.
