Overall, customer service is great. My account manager on the business side is very responsive. Tellers great you with kindness and good energy. My only complaint is sending a wire internationally has never been successful for me (returns) and the fee for the transfer is double that of Wells Fargo ($50 each transaction). I am having to use my other business account to process any non-US wire transfers (for $25 per transaction).

I've had great customer service at the branch and had a business relationship with TD for about 7 years but I'm leaving for several reasons. The stick that broken the camels back was the "business " credit card they recommended. I had no idea that the cards would be reported on my personal credit. That cratered my personal credit rating. That let them raise the interest rate to 30%! When I paid down the cards they reduced the credit limit which made the outstanding to be 100% of available credit. That screwed my credit score again. Really? I'm changing banks because I don't like being abused regardless of how nice the people are.

No privacy, no respect for the customer, lady who took care of me rolled here eyes very often, I wish to know why. Her mistake made me spend 1 extra hour of my time, be aware of other bad reviews for this TD bank location. I will soon split my way with TD bank, no professionalism equal to no business.

If I could leave no stars I would. They say this is Americas most convenient bank and that is literally the biggest lie ever. There’s tons of unnecessary holds on my money all the time, the banking app is awful to use, customer support is literally negative helpful. I left Bank of America and thought this was going to be a good change and I have never been more wrong in my life. As soon as the 6 day hold on my deposit funds is over I’m withdrawing my money and immediately closing my accounts. Never use TD Bank!

This may be one of the worst TD branches in Virginia, and I recommend folks avoid it due to poor management and inadequately trained staff.When I called on 8/4 about a question, Puneet lashed out at me and hung up after making inappropriate and antagonistic ad hominem remarks and denying my request for a document (which can only be sent by the bank). He seemed keen to escalate an ordinary situation and his entire demeanor was of aggravation and outrage at being asked for help and having to take accountability for his branch. He was not open to understanding my experience at the bank – when he himself asked – and hung up after some personal insults and saying something along the lines of how I “barely even use my TD account” as he tried to insinuate that I’m not a high priority customer.On the same day, I talked to Rehana before Puneet. She was unwilling to help (near exact words were “I don’t have time right now”), gave me incorrect and incomplete/misleading information, denied my request for her to transfer me to someone with the time/ability to help, and did not want to be held accountable for the information she was giving by refusing details such as her email and full name (she was hesitant to even give me her first name upon request, and refused to provide her last) before hanging up on me mid-sentence.The situations were nowhere near warranting a combative response and being hung up on twice within hours. Puneet and Rehana were completely unprofessional and unable to provide the simple info/explanations requested.Other experiences at this branch have included a few 1-2 hour wait times (when branch was empty), the branch closing without prior notification on at least two occasions I can remember, overall unpleasant conduct by some (not all) reps, and inconsistent/contradictory information being given out regularly.

Puneet Bhasin is Worse bank manager ever! Was very rude and very unprofessional in front of customers. I asked him to email my information to the title company he said I’m asking him too much and to sit down in the other chair. He said He have to get up and scan it. I said what? What do you mean? you have my money in this bank and you can’t just email my personal information to the title company? He said no I will not and get out! I’m a disabled Marine veteran and I had to leave the bank. The customers were very upset the fact he did not help me and told me to leave. He even ran across bank came to the door and said his name is there and if i got anything you want to do go ahead you are free! Very disrespectful! Wow! The other workers also witnessed the situation and they were speechless. Horrible manager! He needs to be investigated!

This has been my go to branch for years and for the first time I’ve had the worst experience which is very unlike TD bank . Im extremely concerned as this is my home branch . The self proclaimed manager named “Puneeth” for June 14th on duty was extremely rude . The fraud team asked me to connect to the branch and dispute transaction . I went there and the branch manager told me the transaction was reversed and no dispute needs to be filed . He was just about to issue me the new card and then changed his mind and started lashing out and told me to go to a branch that served me better when I asked him why he wouldn’t release the card . I’ve been banking here for 3 years and this is completely unexpected from TD bank . I will escalate to my highest ability and put this in consumer burueau . How can a customer be kicked out of his own branch by a manager clearly on a power trip.

My wife and I witnessed an interaction between a customer, Allabout Success, and the bank manager, Puneet Bhasin yesterday August 9th early afternoon. What Allabout Success said is completely accurate. Puneet had many opportunities to calm and manage the situation. He participated in the escalation and is a poor representative of leadership behavior. The conversation was loud and in the middle of the bank. He demanded the customer leave and all of this was in part due to his refusal to send some of the clients info to his title company.TD Bank should not condone this behavior. It was reprehensible.

Wow I just witnessed manager kicking out a customer because the manager did not want to get up and scan a bank info paper! Manager puneet bhasin you are horrible for what I just witnessed! You couldn't get up for the disabled marine to scan a piece of paper for him? Ridiculous!

I’ve been a TD customer since I was 15 and had a student account. In almost every experience I’ve had from New York City to Burlington, Vermont, staff gave great customer service. That’s why I was shocked by the rudeness, combativeness and inhospitable behavior demonstrated by the gentleman ”assisting” me on Friday, November 26 2021.From second guessing me, and trying to goad me into “going on the website” to taking a rude and dismissive tone when asking routine questions - my experience was miserable.I don’t think I’m going to return to this branch, and unless you’re using an ATM - I’d suggest looking for another better run and staffed one.

Great location but terrible costumer service very rude & slow and Td bank is actually the best bank but this branch is definitely a no go
