This bank has the most incompetent and racist staff as usual. After being given the run around at one location, I came into this one and the Manager had to verify my identity. This is after providing them with multiple IDs including a passport. I was asked my social security number and everything possible including all my previous addresses which I supplied with detail. She then asked me details of transactions my mother made months ago on her account that I sign on. I told her that it was not my account but that of my senior mother, she went on to ask me questions about my mothers whereabouts. She then lied repeatedly stating that I had other bank products which I do not have at all, including a debit card for my mothers account. She said my current license expiration dates don’t match that which I opened the account with over ten years ago. After hours, I was sent out of the bank without being able to make any transaction.These people are clowns. The Manager shouldn’t be allowed to manager a small mcdonalds let alone a bank. This bank will hold onto your funds endlessly and if you are a minority with large sums of money, will not permit you access in person to your funds. This is not the first time it happened. Bank anywhere else.

However, they have the same excellent standards starting with the manager Ms. Mourad.*************************Excellent Service, every time I go and ask something related with my business accounts, they are willing to help and goes beyond I'd need. The staff is super friendly and professional.

Needs lots of help I do not understand your mobile apps, I need 2 of them? WHY ? . Both are very frustrating to log into ...it takes 3 trys to get in almost always. The app I'm most interested in is the one where I would get alerts for anything going into and going out of my account. Your competitors Wells Fargo and BB&T have this function. Your app DOES NOT come through as a text message- just in a drop down menu..so if that's cleared, then its missed. Then you need to log in AGAIN. Other banks it comes through as a text message, to be reviewed or to go back at another time or until I delete it. Your email alerts - REALLY WHY WASTE THE THE TIME....it does not tell you a thing...other than a transaction occurred in your account???? So very frustrating.......from there one must log into there account and see what's going on.... POOR POOR. A big bank such as yours, needs to get with program.... Thinking of taking my banking else where.... Really dont have the time to waste jumping around trying to see what's happening in my banking accounts. When an more useful alert is all that's needed. Very disappointed in TD BANKS

Came here for the first time last week as a new customer. All the employees were very friendly and professional. I got everything I needed taken care of: getting my referral bonus, getting new checks, etc. One employee didn't seem to know as much as the others so he forwarded me to someone else who could help me - which is fine, maybe he was new. But overall, I was quickly in and out. The branch looked very clean and organized. I got lots of free swag - from mini footballs to bookmarks to fruit snacks. Plenty of parking. ATM is inside. Very pleasant experience!

This bank is awful! Here is what I wanted to say to them but there seems to be no place on their website to communicate with them. Two weeks ago I spoke to the manager, Melika, on July 30, 2017. I was inquiring about my commercial account I have with another bank and was interested in changing banks. She said someone would be in touch with me the following week, presumably Monday. Today, I received a call from Michael Marlett. Today is August 18, 2017. He called after he sent an email to me explaining that someone else was supposed to take care of my request in his ostensible absence. Noone ever contacted me, by the way. He asked me how he could help me. I asked him if he had read my email in which I explained exactly what I was looking for and provided enough details so that he would have an idea what I needed. He had not read it. He then said he would read it, found it and told me he only worked in the area of the line of credit. I said to him that I was not interested in talking to him because there was so much incompetence in the way my request was handled. I will close my TDAmeritrade account as a result of this and never transact business with your company or any of your affiliates.
