Electronics department has the WORST customer service ever. They would rather have a personal conversation than assist a customer. When asked for assistance about where to find a product he responded "I don't know. Try over there." Should be fired.

To their credit they had the Nintendo Switch game I was looking for. Yet this part of Arlington, parking isn't always a cinch. You can paint a target on it, but it might not be there. All bad puns aside, I am thankful for Jess's help. It has taken considerable effort, to get my son this one for Christmas. Target beat out Game Stop, who I'm not so thrilled by right now.It was super busy. The lines were extraordinary. One would think on a weekday, but it is the holiday season. I'm not sure how or why everyone else seemed off from work today. Have been here once before, and this area is congested with a high volume of people. Traffic is a nightmare. Still this store is well run, and seems fairly organized.

For this particular trip to this Target, I entered within the first half hour of opening. I believe every associate that I came across, said good morning to me, which I was not expecting, and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness. Many of the shelves in this target, do not seem to be fully stacked or stocked when I am there, but for my purposes, I was able to find what I needed fairly quickly, I went to the customer service desk and I asked where I could find batteries. The associate behind the customer service desk did not know off the top of her head, but she was able to look it up for me, which is understandable, given the various types of products the store has. The reason I had to go to the customer service desk is because the self-serve catalogs did not seem to be working since it was so early and close to opening. Many of the associates were stocking up and checking to make sure the store was clean and appearing professional, which it was, the batteries I bought, ECR 2016 batteries, or not as price as I could find online: I paid around five dollars for two and for the same price I could've gotten online. The overall price isn't too bad but I can't help but think it is cheaper online. Overall, I was satisfied with this visit and will shop here again.

Good location but unfortunately they have a lot of expired baby food on the shelves. Take care when shopping.

They keep expired baby food on the shelves. I've alerted management but the issue keeps happening. It is not worth the risk for me to shop here.

Frustrated to find this is a small Target - probably one third the size of a normal Target.Target needs to clarify this before I arrive to find it doesn’t have what I need.

Convenient location but limited selection and recently many self checks have been out of order. Today only 3 were functional and no other checkout lines were made available. A long line developed quickly and staff was nowhere to be found to fix machine issues.

The staff is unprofessional! I was so excited to check out this new target in my neighborhood and was shocked to find that the selection was so nice with it being a smaller target. My excitement was soon ruined when I had to ask a pricing question to a team member. Her demeanor and answer to my question was so unclear that I demanded to speak with a manager. When the manager arrived she also couldn’t provide a clear answer and blamed it on target corporation. I will be escalating this to th d corporate office.

I don’t think the manager Kelsi knows what she is doing. She refused my return when I had the receipt and item thank god I live close to the Potomac yard target where there customer service is excellent.

I bought a large item at this location. Lucas did a great job of helping me carry it to my car and load it. He was very patient. The customer service here is pretty decent. I have never had any issues. The place appears clean and well run.

Clean, well organized and super friendly staff. Free less than 1 hour parking almost always available.

With free parking for an hour underground, take the elevators to the ground level where you'll find a grocery store and this Target. For a more urban Target, it's spacious with aisles of toys, clothes, groceries, and all the usual Target suspects.
