I didn't realize I walked in a few mins before closing, and Kimberly took her time to help me with upgrading my phone. She did not rush me at all and answered all my questions. I recently opened my new line with t-mobile at another location and there is a large difference in customer service, knowledgeability, and friendliness. I was satisfied with my past experiences at other t-mobile locations but this last visit was the best. Kimberly was very personable, and as a person who works in customer service it's great to be treated with care.

After lunch in Ballston Quarters, we went to T-Mobile to learn about their current promotions during Ballston's Quarterfest. This included free chargers, speakers, watches, or tablets. The latter three items required upgrading a device. We waited about 15 minutes for the gentleman to get Android chargers for us. I almost thought he forgot about us .

The employees in the store really go above and beyond in helping customers. I been here a few times and tbis one of my favorite stores. I really appreciate Mia B and Justin S.

Ordered a phone - never came - store couldn’t find it my order number. Paid for it. Wasted hours locating the number. They told me to call tmobile who told me its the stores responsibility. Worst customer service ever. They hire kids off the street here or something.

Yesterday I decided to finally go into t-mobile and buy some AirPods . I go in there pretty often due to the fact I converse with all the employees. As soon as I walked in a co-worker Ray decided he was going to become Irate and decide to tell me to get out , even after telling him to calm down because for one if I’m not disrupting anything . he has no right to tell me to get out . During this time I was only in the store for maybe 15 seconds before he decided to become disrespectful. I knew this and assumed he was joking at first due to the fact I frequently go in to interact with the employees, but when a new t-mobile worker that was visiting from a different location tried to tell him to calm down because there was a customer In the store other than me , I knew he was becoming upset and threaten to call the police.Once it escalated he told me he was going hit me and even pulled my shirt . When security came I was highly upset and felt extremely disrespected. He called me out my name and disrespected my character.I feel very un safe due to the fact I’m a young lady and even afterwards he was able to continue working . He is not professional and does more damage than peace . I pray that any of my other classmates don’t get the same actions I did because he is 26 (grown) and I’m 21 my classmates are mainly younger than me (I’m not the only one that visits the store often) . For safety reason I believe he should lose his job . He missed out on a sale and I will kindly be buying from a different location

One of the rudest people I have met. One of the sales rep lady does not have the basic of human decency to acknowledge a fellow human. She couldn’t be bothered to lift her gaze from her phone when I arrived at the store. As I waited for her acknowledgment, she was still busy with her phone. After about 5 minutes, I tried to get her attention. She said in almost a robotic voice that she will be right with me. And if I had something quick, I can call customer service. When I said that I have been waiting for someone to help me, she rolled her eyes and told me to talk to the manager! I don’t understand why I got the attitude I got. I certainly didn’t deserve it for my patience. So I simply walked out of the store. If someone does not want to work in customer service, they really shouldn’t. It ruins peoples day and tarnishes the T-Mobile brand.

The store manager, Ricardo, and his staff delivered best in class customer service. Everyone was very helpful and transparent. I left Verizon after being with them for many years and I am really happy with my move to Tmobile. Dont go to any store, go to Ballston Mall and Ricardo and his team will deliver the best customer experience.

Store is understaffed. Second person in the store after opening. Checked in. We just needed to buy a phone and get a return kit (which TMobile said was available in stores - they're not). We expected to be in and out in 10 mins. After an HOUR, and the service reps helping 3-4 customers that came in after us, we were eventually helped and told they do not have return kits. Sprint/T-Mobile is horrible.

Ricardo the store manager is great and his team as well. They provided excellent customer service like I have never received anywhere else. You can tell that they care, love and are dedicated to their job.

This store is supposed to be open at noon on Sundays. It is 12:15 and they have not opened yet. There are a bunch of us standing around waiting. Poor performance.

Had a great experience! Fantastic service! All around support by the entire T-Mobile team but Ray in particular took the task of solving my phone dilemma and shined in his moment! Thanks Ray! Hope the store encounters more business as I struggled with the online mechanics.

Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. I joined 9/17/21 and have spent over 14 hours on the phone and in the store with customer service for various issues and it's only 10/21/21 today! Each time the rep makes it worse. I signed up on a plan for $150 and they messed up my bill and can't seem to get me the price that IS WRITTEN IN MY CONTRACT. This place is a total bait and switch. I should have stayed with AT&T. NEVER in my life have I experienced such a fiasco. Service has been spotty too. Do yourself a favor and learn from my experience....do NOT use T-mobile.
