I had an outstanding experience renting a storage unit at StorQuest! Uriel was fantastic and provided exceptional help every step of the way. He made the entire process simple and completely hassle-free. I highly recommend StorQuest. Their customer service is excellent, and the facility is both clean and secure. This is absolutely the place to choose for good quality service at a great price!

Michael is fantastic. He's highly efficient and extremely helpful. The first time I came here, he had to manage a difficult customer before me, yet he maintained a positive attitude while assisting me. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED MICHAEL!!

The storage itself wasn’t notable in any way - other than the staff failing to remove someone else’s furniture piece when we moved in despite promising to do so. However, moving out in April 2024 was hellacious and I’ll never go near StorQuest again. We arrived to find a broken elevator, with a note saying not to bother asking the staff when it would be fixed. StorQuest provided no notice nor offered to move our belongings, despite my informing them twice in March that we would be moving out in this timeframe.
Our amazing movers and my husband hauled our entire household down 3 flights of rickety fire stairs - it took several hours and cost an additional $1000+. Not a single staff member appeared on site the entire time. I called 4 times in the next week before finally reaching a supervisor. After a long painful conversation, StorQuest returned our April rent for the inconvenience (we’d moved out a week into the month so ?) but argued that they had fulfilled their only contractual obligation, which was adequate maintenance. A curious definition.
Oh and they tried to bill me for another month despite multiple written and verbal notices we’d fully vacated the unit. So, yeah, in all, one star is generous.

The staff are great, but the company is trash. The elevator never works, and each year everything decays a little more. The owners are obviously bleeding this facility dry and investing almost nothing in maintenance and upkeep. I feel bad for the staff but avoid this place like the plague.

Worst storage unit I've been to. Every time I've come to this location the elevator is ALWAYS down & even after store hours, the main gate remains open when it requires a code to open. The kicker is.., they just raised our payments by $30 and we've only had the unit for 3months (been to this location for over a year but upgraded the space) How can you raise prices, when the building is doing worse? BJ is great help though.

Experience is terrible so far. Elevator is out of order or doesn’t work to 2nd floor since we signed up. I had to walk my heavy items to 2nd floor. At least you can email or call customers say elevator is not working. Light bulb is not working in my storage. Nothing works properly. Didnt really deserve what we paid. Avoid here

This storage place is horrible. Called 2 weeks In advance to cancel my unit. Then got billed 2 weeks later. When I called they said sorry and said they would "issue a refund". The. 3 days later I saw my account had been changed AGAIN! When I called the third time the person working was rude and basically said he they had no history of me canceling my account. Then he said if I wanted to talk to someone else I could call their "district manager". The number he gave me was not a real number. It's just this company's way of getting another month's pay out of me. There are a thousand other storage places in Arlington- if you're wise you will pick a different one.

For some reason this place has a “manager” that walks around with a military kit jacket on….. bad first impression to customers. Rarely was someone in the office during business hours (I can think of 3 separate occasions). Overall a trash organization. Pulled out from my commitment as soon as I possibly could.
