Called in for a shoe and Barbie answered, she has amazing customer service and a pleasant attitude. Although the shoe wasn’t in stock she offered me the option to order it for me when I come in the store. I can’t wait to order my new shoes !

I have to say that Steve Madden Pentagon City has really shown me what customer service is all about. I was having problems with an order. I called the store at Pentagon City and Cheyanna answered the phone. This person was what customer service should be. Not only did she try to help me the night I called but she called me the next day to let me know she ordered my shoes. She remembered to call me. She was so helpful and I am so happy she answered the phone.

I wanted to give a commendation to two of your employees. Just in time for the holidays!!!!! I couldn't find my receipt to get the names but now I have it. On 11/6/21 I visited the Arlington Virginia (pentagon City) location. A young lady by the name of Ashley and a young man by the name of Dijon was very helpful. They were attentive to my needs. They were very patient and kind. They were awesome examples of what customer service is and stands for! There is no doubt in my mind about coming back to this location. They answered every question and had great sense of humor. I love a good laugh while shopping! I want to say thank you sincerely to these two young individuals. We need more people like them in stores. Happy Holidays to you both and I hope to see you guys again!!!
