Came here for TSA Precheck, the process was quick and fast, probably took about 5 minutes in total, if that. Also bought a few pictures and the cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable, on top of being fast and efficient as well. Definitely had a way better and pleasant experience at this Staples than the one by my house in MD.

This Staples is a city one- small. With a small parking lot out back, it looks tiny from the outside. However, once inside, they pack a lot in. You can get all your basics here and check-out was easy.

My husband and I had a great experience at this Staples last weekend! We were having trouble getting a complicated printing job figured out, and Orion went above and beyond to help walk us through it and complete the printing job exactly as we hoped. We appreciated his help so much!!!

I walked in to buy some cartridge a few days ago. There were no other customers but the two staff members looked bothered and inconvenienced when I attempted to simply pay for my purchase. Definitely taking my future business elsewhere

I am giving this store 5 Stars "only because of STEFAN." Had he not intervened, the store would've received a one star review because of Julianna, the Print & Marketing Manager who is lazy and unwilling to help customers. I guess she has taken "Self Serve Printing" literally--if you have a problem, she will be quick to tell you what it is but would be quick to send you away. I had a non-pdf picture I wanted printed out and she didn't offer to help me at all. Stefan saw me struggling and unfortunately I ended up raising my voice a bit on him instead but in fact I was just so upset that Julianna, THE "Print & Marketing Manager" was lazy and dismissive! Stefan grabbed my phone and assisted me and ended up printing it for me within one minute. I do not know how Julianna got this job with her lack of customer service skills but definitely glad they hired Stefan!

This place has a very good selection of stationery. The prints are always good quality. All they need to improve is their customer service. Most of the employees don't know how to treat a customer. They don't greet you, make no eye contact, they do the job but their attitude is not pleasant or friendly at all. If I had a choice, I'd go to a different store.

Made a TSA precheck appointment here. I had to Uber 20 minutes to get here because this was the closest location. When I walked in, I was informed that the finger printing tech had been down for a while and they could not fulfill my appointment. I received no call in advance and the website still says they offer this service.

Made a 9:20 am appointment for TSA pre-check enrollment and got in line behind several people who confirmed that they did not have appointments and instead walked in. When I made the staff member handling pre-check enrollment aware that I had an appointment, I was told that because the walk-ins arrived first they would be served first. The store manager told me that Staples policy was first come, first serve (despite an email confirmation stating that customers with appointments have priority over walk-ins). Incidentally, the manager also informed me that an appointment only guaranteed I would be seen that day, not at the time slot I reserved if there were walk-ins ahead of me. I did not have time to wait in line (which was the entire purpose of my having made an appointment) and left the store.I ended up going to another Staples location for pre-check enrollment as a walk-in later in the day, and was informed that customers with appointments were absolutely prioritized over walk-ins (which makes complete sense).Key takeaway here is do not come to this Staples location for TSA pre-check if you're in a hurry, as this location's manager and staff have a different understanding of the definition of the word "appointment" than the rest of the world. I personally will avoid patronizing this location in general as both staff members I interacted with were not only unhelpful, but generally discourteous.

Be careful /they do not take the time to clean up and therefore a lot of their merchandises in the wrong spot and mislabeled/mispriced.This is the second time in a month where this is happened to me and it’s caused problems at the register. There’s a lot of standing around and not a lot of going around to make sure things are in the right spot. Typical customer service these days will not be going back here.

AMAZING print staff. I needed A specific card printed for work, I went to Office Depot and fed Ex with no luck. I came here and the woman working was kind and wonderful. She printed it, unfortunately it jammed so it could not print in bulk. But she offered to print it in bulk on thier paper. I asked for a sample and she gave a fantastic sample very quickly. All the while she was helping other customers quickly and seemed on top of Everything. Come here for all your print needs!

First of all, I have to say that I have chose this Staples location to be my store for all office needs. Unfortunately that decision changed December 22 right before Christmas. I needed to make copies documents I had for a case and a notebook a small notebook. A big tall white guy with a beard was asked to assist me with the printer. It was simple but he insisted on staying there and making the selections for my printing. He noticed that I was filing a complaint. He started asking questions about what I do, and explained that he was married to a minority woman, and he understood our plight in life. His face was turning red so I knew he was being dishonest.This j*** selected heavy paper for postcards. I didn't realize it till we were almost done because he stayed there with his hands on my papers for no reason while he was doing this. I noticed when we're almost done how heavy the papers were, and asked about it. He told me it was the only paper they had in the printer. He even filled it up again. I had less than 100 copies. He also selected full color when there was a selection for highlighted words in a document. His selections cost me $93 for copies! On top of that, he moved some of my pages around so that they were out of order. This was unacceptable. When I normally go there, there is great team of people from the customer printing location to the cashiers, I have never run into a problem, but this guy was a problem for me. Unfortunately, I will not patronize this location again.

We had an excellent experience at Staples in Ballston. The print shop was accommodating of a rush request to print programs buff a funeral, and the manager helped us find technology for a slide show and various other supples. Great customer service at this Staples location, from my experience.
