Bunch of crooks selling you a 1000$ bike and then demanding a 200$ service every year, because “everything needs to be replaced as it is slightly worn out” (and denying basic service!). I owned a KTM bike in Austria for 7 years, used it every single day, and never had to replace the chain. So what gives, Trek? Are you making lousy bicycles or are you misleading your clients into needless services?

Best bike servicing shop in town. Not only are they professional, knowledgeable, and courteous they were also extremely kind. They saw me struggling to bring in two kids bikes and went all the way out to the garage to help me, they serviced the bikes quickly and effectively, and they helped me load them back up in my car. I am particularly grateful to Emir for his help and support. I highly recommend this place for top knotch service!

Came here to shop to ask questions about which bike was best for me (road, mountain, drop handles, etc) and Cameron the store manager was extremely helpful, making sure all my questions were answered and what would be best for me. 10/10 experience visiting the store!

I'd like to thank the amazing staff at Trek especially Emir & Russell who helped me overcome a significant issue with my Emonda. I for sure thought my issue was a done deal and I would need to invest in additional cost but they came through with a significant save for me. I am so grateful for their customer service and significant attention to customer service.

Emir and Alex were very helpful. I came in and I was not able to get the pedals of my bike. They got them off no problem. Emir rethreaded the pedal whole and installed my new pedals. He even pumped up my tires. Took care of me and got out the door very quickly. Great customer service!
