Trainers are great, especially Susie S who kills it weed days at 7 am. It’s always a good workout with fun music. The smaller classes are helpful to get attention and direction if needed. I also love ending with yoga.

Love Spenga , Sherry is great ! She has a lot of compassion to help you , and give you a chance to change yourself ! All the instructors are great , everybody is so different style but I always have a great session each time !
