Warning: This business is serviced by Advanced Towing. According to BBB files, this company has a pattern of complaints regarding predatory towing tactics, poor customer service, and improper vehicle towing. They towed my vehicle while I was next to it, not letting me move it. They insulted and intimated my 6-year-old daughter and me and almost physically harmed her in the process. I have filed a police report. Do not patronize this business; you will get towed.

I’m just moved to the area and have been looking for a great stylist to update my hair. I heard about Laura and her amazing services through a military spouse FB group.
Laura is very sweet and very easy to talk to (I’m an introvert!). She listened to my preferences, looked through the pictures of styles I liked, and asked me great questions to make sure she knew what I wanted.
I had a relaxing time at her salon and I absolutely love the style she cut on me. She’s a gifted artist and I recommend you book her ASAP!

I have been going to Laura for over 6 years. From the first time I sat in her chair Laura has never disappointed. I walk out feeling like my best self every time. She has the skill and knowledge you want in someone who will carefully craft your hair with the latest and best products. She is honest, caring and truly a great and passionate artist. Laura is an artist. She specializes in everyday looks and transformations. She is truly a sculptor with her scissors and is extremely talented as a colorist. Her colors are custom and fit to the clients particular lifestyle. 12/10! I will be a lifelong customer!

I went to Ashley Masiello in Rockville, MD, and while she was good with my color, I had one of the weirdest most unprofessional experiences with her. I had asked her to pick up a product for me (something my other stylists offered and had no problem doing). I was planning to pay her for it too, and for whatever reason, she led me to believe she would get it then proceeded to avoid my communication regarding pick up. She eventually responded, making up some bogus excuse and led me to believe she would mail it to me. I asked her to mail it only because she led me to believe it would be at her location (which also was a lie) since I had my boyfriend show up to get it. Long story short, she wasn’t there, and we never got said product, so I asked her to mail it. When no package came, once again, I tried to follow up with her and was ignored. When I tried to get her to give me a direct answer, I’m pretty sure she blocked me. I’m unsure why she couldn’t just be honest with me if she did not want to get this product for me, and I am shocked at her lack of professionalism and willingness to ghost me over a small ask. I am in sales and can’t imagine treating customers this way. Avoid this woman. She’s passive agressive and lacks professionalism.Service: Hairstyling

I visited Blush Studio today for a full balayage and hair cut, and I love my hair! I highly recommend booking with Su Jin, she is a pro! She gives great suggestions on haircut styles and colors that work well on you, which i find super helpful. She is super friendly and has such a great personality. I was thrilled to get an appointment with Julie after being referred to her after complimenting someone on their beautiful hair. Julie did an amazing job. My color had gotten way too blonde from a prior hairstylist and I had been growing it out afraid to color it again. Well...Julie worked her magic and the end result was better then I could have ever expected. The whole experience was awesome. Her products smell wonderful, her salon is zen, scalp massage amazing and her skill and sweet personality tops everything!

I love the concept of a small space but full service salon service businesses. The building practices strict social distancing guidelines and I feel safe there.I will never go to a regular chain "big open" style salon again.

What can I say about Julie that her other reviews haven't already? I came to Julie with hot mess post Covid hair. I had previously been platinum blonde, then had someone attempt to do a root shadow/root melt/whatever you want to call it. Which gave me a lovely band of red, and after months of hibernating due to a pandemic I looked like I had a crazy flag from a country which hasn't been discovered yet. Julie accepted this crazy challenge, laid out a plan of attack and exactly met it. After 2 visits my hair is absolute perfection. I have never had highlights as natural and amazing as these! Trust me, TRUST THE PROCESS! On top of having the most majestic locks in town, Julie is amazing to talk to, (I mean, who doesn't love an Australian accent?!) and keeps her room cleaner than a hospital wing. She is putting your safety (which during a pandemic, is pretty amazing) and health first.

Spending 3.5 hours with Julie totally worth it! I've been living like a cave woman in the past 3 months and I was so hesitate to spend more than 2 hours outside my home. Now my hair looks amazing and I feel like a civilized & socialized person again. Most importantly, Julie's studio is so CLEAN! I'll usually take a bath after I'm back home during the pandemic. Today I did it only because I've been on an Uber. Every hard surface in the studio was sprayed with barbicide and tools are disinfected with it as well. Everyone is on a mask and washing hand immediately upon entry. Nothing is better than coming home looking good + smelling good + feeling safe lately. Good job Julie!

I just moved to the area and I was nervous to try out a new Salon. Julie had great reviews and I liked her portfolio of work. I've been to her three times now and I'm hooked. She really understood what I wanted, a more low maintenance but still blonde look. She understands my hair type (i have very fine long hair). She is easy to talk to and uses the best products on your hair. Her studio is private and very clean, not to mention she has the best snacks! I'm so glad I found someone I can trust with my hair!
