I have been looking at these beds for a few years because I suffer from chronic pain (CRPS). We finally stopped by after a sleepless night from our old mattress. From the moment we walked into the store, Kimberly was extremely helpful. I don't typically like mattress shopping because I hate to feel pressured by sales staff, however, this experience was totally different. Kimberly took the time to understand why we were interested in the sleep number and our individual needs. She was knowledgeable (there was not a single question that she didn't know!), friendly, and patient as we took the time to try different models. She was available for text and phone calls after we left to make sure we had all the information that we needed to make a decision. At the end, we purchased the split king, i8 360 smart bed, pillows, sheets & the mattress cover. Really looking forward to taking delivery & seeing how this bed helps support my chronic pain. 10/10 one of the best sales/buying experiences that I have had.

Go see Edward, he’s very knowledgeable about sleep number products. I went there to inquire about sleep number, he treated me Af if I was paying customers. Due to the service and comfort, I purchased my mattress. I can’t wait to get it.

I am so disappointed. I was excited to order mysleep number bed, the service in store was great. My order totaled to a little over $4000; this includedthe adjustable base, and the CSE mattress, and I was on a monthly installment for roughly $112/month. There's been nothing wrong with the bed itself or the adjustable base. However, the Monday(Dec 19th) before Christmas, I see that the ENTIRE amount of $4000+ was deducted from myaccount. I instantly called synchrony bank, they advised that my money would be returned via paper check within 3 to 5 business days. To my surprise,got it back on Wednesday(Dec 21), so I was pretty happy about that. Not too long after on Friday(Dec23), the amount gets deducted again!! So I went through the holidays STRESSED out and worriedabout finances, especially because the end of the month was coming up. NOT TO MENTION, THIS WHOLE ORDEAL HAS AFFECTED MY CREDIT. Neveragain. I'm currently in the process of returning my mattress, because I can't be going through thisconstantly. Literally, the whole time, all they could do was say "sorry", as if sorry is gonna pay my billsor repair the damage done to my credit.Unacceptable. My recommendation is buy the product outright or don't buy it at all!

We purchased a top-of-the-line sleep number king bed with the feet and head adjustable base total price was around $11,000. It only took two weeks to have it delivered and installed and we love the bed. However, the installation was very disappointing. We purchased a separate kit to allow the bed to be attached to our existing headboard. When the installers came they insisted that the bed could not be attached to any headboard other than a Sleep Number brand headboard. I was disappointed but they had to leave the existing bedframe attached to the headboard so our headboard would stand up and when installing the frame that came with the sleep number bed it wouldn't fit unless the feet at the foot of the bed were further from the headboard, as they fit actually were exactly is the position of a crossbar of our frame. Therefore they install the bed 9 inches away from my headboard This makes it impossible to keep pillows on the bed. Or the delivery man left I called to express my concern and was told that they were wrong the kit would allow the bed to be attached to our headboard. However, they did not have another opportunity to get someone out to remedy this until March 12. Fully a month after the installation. It's really hard to enjoy our bed no matter how many pillows you stuff between the headboard and the bed they still fall down left in the bed from its frame and then listing the frame to install the brackets to the headboard is more than I can manage because the adjustable frame is quite heavy. I am truly disappointed that they can't offer any better remedy or, perhaps more knowledgeable installers in the first place

i m very dissapoint !! they say 90 days trial +free shipping ....we got exciting when we bought it but as we got the bed after two weeks we realize is not work ...so we called and we ask about to return ...now we own 4000 for a base we cant use it for another mattress so that means we will throw away !!that means we will throw away 4000 dollars ....so mad ....also as we felt asleep with the tv on the next day i got a msg fro the the app find a blue light ...i m so sorry but i dont really want feel watch me ..and some other issues ..so dissapoint ...

I visited the sleep number store and was waited on by Tia S. She totally didn't mention a bedframe should be in my order so when the bed and base was delivered without it, I had to order the frame over phone for a later delivery date 3 weeks later. When the installer arrived to day, he asked where is the bedframe and claimed it should have been delivered by USPS ahead of his arrival to install. Once I contacted Customer Service, they informed prior delivery of bedframes y USPS is NOT the procedure and further stated this same installer accidentally gave my bedframe to a previous customer. So the installer basically lied to cover up his mistake. I will NEVER buy another sleep number bed again. Good bye!!
