My fiance went to this store with her registered service dog and the guy working has giving her trouble over her having her service dog in the store . He even went as far as calling the police on her and tried to have her service dog taking away from her. The police came and she showed the dogs paper work to the officer and they told the man that she can have the ddog in the store and if he continues to cause her problems the would arrest him. This has happen twice by this man this store just got themselves a lawsuit now over this.

I walked in and saw a guy sitting down and asked him if he works here because it’s 7:19pm and I want buy gas with cash. He shakes his head no. I go back to my car to look at pump number and the same guy gets up and cuts all the lights off to close the gas station. I asked him hey you said you don’t work here , and it’s only 7:19 pm , the sign says you close at 8pm. He tells me I don’t care what the signs says 7 or 8 but we are closed now (7:19). All I want was to buy gas. I live literally down the street. Now I have to travel to get gas.

I'm writing this in regards to the Dunkin Donuts that's inside this store! This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to! The people who work here can't understand English and always messes up the order. The coffee always tastes weird and for some odd reason I keep giving them a damn chance...smdh. Today is the last chance! For whatever reason they can never get orders right so I will never patronize this Dunkin' again! I'm done! Glad there is a Starbucks close by I will start going there when I come to work.

This location closes services, such as ice cream and coffee, more than two hours before the times advertised. The staff was very rude when this was pointed out. Looks like the owner is getting ripped off by staff unwilling to operate the store.

Very lame worker and his friend's they park the car in betwen the pumps and want customer's to go around cause inconvenience to cars as it has narrow lanes ... #shell should take a note and teach them some customer service

I only gave one star because it was necessary, if possible, I would have provided zero. There is a man here who is the most ignorant, conceited, entitled, arrogant, and overall unpleasant person I have ever dealt with in the entirety of my life. I have never spoken to someone so insufferable and pompous. He went out of his way to make something that should be a simple exchange the most difficult experience imaginable. I got the distinct assumption this man was the owner, and no one like that should run a business of any sort. Simple communication should never be that difficult, but he sat there and acted as though I were some ignorant simpleton and I should be servicing him, and not the other way around. He was horribly rude, and clearly needs intensive therapy before he considers ever interacting with another human again. I hope and pray he gets help, because no one should ever be that vitriolic and unkind to a stranger.
