Replaced windshield 1st week of July. Driver side windshield pillar trim blew away at highway speed the very next day due to faulty workmanship. They have yet to honor the warranty claiming the part is not available - which is not true - found 12 of them online in a few minutes. After 3 scheduled repair times, which Safelite cancelled, they have simply stopped communicating. Time to look for a reputable body shop.

Went to SafeLite to repair a shattered passenger side window. Opted to go into the store. The front desk service man was very helpful and the entire process was so smooth and easy. I was told that the repair would take 60-90 minutes, but it took less than 40!

This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life, I got there few minutes after my appointment time because they said over the phone there is a 15 min grace period, they had me wait in the front desk for 20 min because nobody was up there and when this white kid with blonde hair and glasses comes to the desk he is telling me how they can’t work on my care because it’s 30 min past my appointment time when it’s cuz they had me wait that whole time. I am never going to safelite for a windshield repair, never referring anybody, and making sure people know this safelite is the worst spot to go to!

Terrible experience... my windshield was completely destroyed by vandalism... so I was desperately seeking to get it repaired asap... gor an appt... got the ins approval... I took off work for the time frame... they never showed and never called... come to find out instead of out sourcing my windshield they didn't have in stock (never told me that) were going to make me wait 14days as they shipped it from another state... wasted my time!! This is what happens when a company gets too big... they stop caring about the customer and focusing more on their profit... find another vendor...

I went in for a windshield replacement; scheduling was incredibly easy (and there were multiple reminders), it took half the time they told me to expect, and the two young guys there did a fantastic job (I wish I though to grab their names).

The best customer service I've ever received from any business! So easy and an amazing, professional job. End to end, a flawless process!
My son was playing basketball in driveway and the ball hit the windshield of our minivan and shattered. This was 3 pm on a Thursday. I immediately went online to Safelite website to see what the options were. The estimate form was extremely easy to fill and verified with make and model using my license plate info. Then I was able to make an appointment the following morning. I came in at 8 am and was out by 930 am. Windshield perfectly installed! The person who checked everyone in (wish I had gotten his name) was clear, very helpful outling expectations and had a great positive attitude. Oh, and you get text updates along the way. Could not be more happy! Highly recommend this company and location!!

I loved the incredibly fast response and simplicity of making the appointment and having the work completed. I called my insurance company on Thursday afternoon to have my F350 Super Duty windshield replaced, they sent me a link, I clicked the link, I selected SafeLite, two appointment options came up for Friday morning, I selected the 10:00 AM, I arrived at 9:58 Friday morning, I checked in, and SafeLite said the vehicle should be ready in 3 hrs. I went down the street for coffee with a friend. At noon, SafeLite called and said the truck was ready, less than 2 hrs later. I had a new windshield less than 24 hours after I decided to have it replaced. And SafeLite had positioned my oil change sticker right where it had been and provided new Velcro for my EZ-Pass transponder. I wish all service companies provided service with such excellence!

Recently, I had a customer service issue with my windshield that was covered by the warranty. Arnaz was able to address the problem and kept me updated on repairs. He was very professional, knowledgeable and made sure the work was done in a timely manner! Definitely recommend this Safelite location.

I recently discovered a crack in my windshield, requiring it to be replaced. It was incredibly easy and convenient process with Safelite, and the tech John was friendly, helpful, and efficient. He alerted me that he was on his way to my address (during the scheduled time), informed me as to what to expect, and did great work. While my insurance didn't cover the repair, I found an online coupon which made the price quite reasonable -- especially with the lifetime warranty. So grateful I could get my windshield replaced quickly, safely, and at a competitive price, so I can use my car again -- thanks Safelite!

Quick and warrantied work. Staff is nice, public restroom is clean, waiting area small but adequate and there is a TV to watch.

Alan did an excellent job with my windshield replacement. The staff were accommodating with my insurance difficulties and were very professional. The replacement took less than an hour. Highly recommend this location.

I had an excellent experience at this Safelite location. After the front windshield of my Toyota Highlander was cracked by a car wash (unbelievable!) my insurance agent recommended I bring it here to be replaced. I was a bit disconcerted by having to make the appointment on line rather than talking to the shop, but when I requested OEM glass per my insurance agent’s recommendation I was required to clear that with a human at Safelite HQ. She arranged the appointment and within two days the windshield was expertly installed and safety features recalibrated. And Breanna, the installation tech, was able to transfer the state inspection and city tax stickers to the new windshield.
