I am so happy I found this place. I needed links taken off my watch and batteries replaced in two movado watches. Not only were they fixed at an affordable price but done immediately and so happy. I decided to leave my family and super sentimental bracelet to be fixed, because I felt that comfortable and trusting with them. I would recommend them without any hesitation, and this is going to be my new jeweler and repairer.

I love this jeweler. Family owned and operated. They get great pieces, including estate jewelry. Teddy can make anything. He made my engagement and wedding ring among other pieces. Great value. Prices are exceptional.

Responsive and honest. I emailed them ahead for an estimate on repairing an earring with a missing ruby stone. They replied in minutes and when I arrived at the store walking distance from Clarendon, they told me the repair cost was not worth the benefit (missing stone barely noticeable as it was interior and would have required building up a missing/broken prong). Impressed at their friendliness and honesty. Definitely recommend for my future business.

Teddy and his family run an incredible operation. My fiancée brought in a picture of what she wanted and Teddy had it to me within 6 weeks. Even better, an outside company appraised the ring at TWICE what I paid for it (we're talking thousands of dollars of value). Can't recommend this business enough.

My Cartier eternity band was very loose and was hoping Sacramento Jewelers would be able to size it down a bit. Well...Teddy was not only kind and professional, he did an excellent job with my ring...carefully explaining the process to me. My husband worked with Sacramento Jewelers to build me a beautiful tennis bracelet from diamonds he had purchased from Blue Nile. This jeweler is a hidden gem in Arlington and did an exquisite job on my bracelet- each diamond beautifully placed and polished for a flawless bracelet. I am so thankful for their attention to detail and dedication to a perfect piece of jewelry I'll cherish for years to come. With the extra diamonds, they proactively made me earrings and a pendent. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

by far the worst jewelry store I've ever been in. The customer service is unprofessional. this lady would not take our order demands serious and was annoyed to show us our jewelry. also super poor quality jewelry with an inflated price. the staff is very judgy and rude. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO HERE.

I called to see if they could help repair a necklace. They answered right away and told me to come on in.The owner let me in and immediately helped me. He took a look at my chain and suggested a new ring that would hold up to more wear and tear. He fixed it on the spot. It looks great and is stronger than ever.They are super friendly, did a great job, honest, and have very fair prices!Great experience.
