If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is the only google review I have written. Wasted an hour at this pharmacy, with a scheduled appointment, only to find out they didn’t have either of the vaccines they had scheduled me for. Completely unacceptable especially since I came 40 minutes out of my way to get this vaccine at this particular Walgreens because the website also said they carried the vaccine, and then waited another HOUR for them to let me know they couldn’t give me the vaccine. The staff at the pharmacy is also so slow, there was a huge line due to how inefficient. Horrified and frustrated by my experience. I’m going to CVS next time.

I do wish I had read these reviews before attempting to visit this location! I made an appointment for a booster shot, confirmed by Walgreens' website. When I went to the store, however, I was told to come back several hours later--no reason given. When I did come back, I got the third degree from a rude pharmacist, who insisted I answer various questions about my medical situation and why my doctor recommended a vaccine for me (which I had already provided through the online registration system, in a more confidential setting than the lobby of the pharmacy). He insinuated that as a woman, I did not understand the medical risks associated with this. It is probably for the better that I did not receive any treatment at this location, as it is SUPER run down and dirty. Their "vaccine" area is simply in front of the counter, no privacy or separation from the store. At the time I was there, there was a bin on the unattended table, uncovered, with latex gloves and some long, skinny things that looked like pipettes or syringes. Whether they were clean or used, either way, that's not at all appropriate sanitary conditions! AVOID.

The store itself is fine. But the pharmacy is a nightmare. We live one block from the pharmacy and would really prefer to get all of her prescriptions there. But we had to stop, because there was always a lot of confusion about the prescription, or they had to order it and it took several days, and once they even gave my prescription away before I got a chance to go pick it up even though I called them to tell them I was on my way. Their pharmacy staff is very disorganized. We haven't gotten a prescription there for over a year but we are hoping to give it a try again someday if they can get themselves together.

This store has been on a downward slide for years. And I think it has finally hit the lowest point. I wish I could give them zero stars. The customer service is absolutely abysmal. I know it's Covid and people are hard to find, but the people who are there they act like they rather rip out a fingernail that help you. So I wouldn't go in there ever again. I'm done with them. Maybe Walgreens needs to pay their people more so they feel better about being there.

I have been at this Walgreens for more than three times and I have had a very bad experience with the store. There is always just one person working at the cashiers, big lines. Secondly, both the times I had some savings in the form of register rewards which printed right in front of my eyes, after my items were scanned and both the times I wasn’t given my coupons. I asked for it and the lady said no its not, when I clearly know it was suppose to be mine. Staff is not friendly and has a lot of issues within the members as they are never co-ordinated.

Unhelpful. Pharmacy rarely open. If it wasn't located near my house wouldn't step foot in this location. If possible would give negative stars

The pharmacists here made me feel extremely unwelcome and not cared for in the least. The man working implied that I was lying about having my prescription filled at another Walgreens (that store did not have it in stock, so I went to this one). When I had to call the other Walgreens to confirm, he did not apologize, and told me it would be a 45 min. wait.I've only ever heard 15 minutes, 20 tops, and I think he did this because he seemed grumpy and did not seem to like me before we even spoke. The place was very empty, on a weekday during covid. When I came back after the 45 minutes was up (giving an extra few min. for cushion), he still had not filled the prescription, and I had to go up to the desk 2 more times. It was a very long and unnecessarily difficult process for 1 simple bottle of medication. I hope they find better pharmacists to make patients feel at ease and comfortable when picking up the medication they have been prescribed and need on a day-to-day basis. Very disappointing. I was excited to have a new(ish) Walgreens in my neighborhood, but I will not be returning.

The pharmacy is the only reason I go to this Rite Aid. This store is way overdue for a makeover but I doubt it'll happen anytime soon. It would be nice if the manager has more pride in how the storefront looks from the street and the sidewalk. I've seen a broom propped up in the window; that's the most he/she has 'decorated' - most times it's a large expanse of blank wall. I love what CVS does to their windows-historic fotos of the neighborhood gives context and a sense of community. Perhaps Rite Aid should borrow the idea!

Sort of expensive and seems like its windows could use a cleaning or replacement. Just feels kinda dirty except for the aisles which are pretty well kept.
