I've only used Walgreens Photo so my review is about that service. I tried 2 other local same day printing services and had really bad experiences so I was worried when I needed photos quickly for a project. But, Walgreens has been excellent. It was very easy to upload my photos online and adjust/add sizes. Then when I sent the order in, I immediately got confirmation that my order was received and within a few hours confirmation that my order was ready for pickup. Picking up my order was also smooth and quick.Parking is not difficult here and getting in and out is also easy despite the construction. And even though the store was busy both times I picked up orders, they were able to find my order and get everyone checked out quickly. I think they are slightly more expensive then some other same day services, but the stress-free experience is definitely worth the higher cost.Photo quality is about what you would expect from a same day service so if you want professional photos order from a place that specializes in photography but if you need quick photo prints, definitely highly recommend Walgreens. My only wish is they would add a 3"x4" size option.

This is the first time in my life that I can’t get a money refund. The lady at the counter and the manager told me that since I was a foreigner I could’ t get my money back. They didn’t even had Walgreens cards so they told to go to any other Walgreens. Also, the offers are tricky, they didn’t t respect the offer that’s why I wanted my money back. Terrible attitude, disrespectful and no service attitude at all.

Was promised a COVID-19 vaccine at a 4pm appointment today only to hear that they’d run out 2 hours earlier. I cancelled 2 appointments to book this one since their website said the shot was in stock. Was told I could come back tomorrow if they had it in stock; when I asked how to find out, they said “I’m not sure, sorry.” Why let people make appointments for a highly in-demand vaccine if you don’t have it on hand? It’s like airline overselling flights. Completely unacceptable. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible pharmacy. One week of automated calls stating a prescription was out of stock. However, that was not the case. The medicine was always in stock. No one can explain why the error occured. Realpain and suffering occured by someone needing that medicine because they can't figure out how to communicate correctly. Take your business elsewhere.

In addition to the frustrating phone experience, I also had to wait for my prescription for more than two days to be ready at Walgreens. This prolonged wait time added to my overall dissatisfaction with their service. Timely prescription fulfillment is crucial for patients, and the combination of a lengthy wait on the phone and an extended prescription processing time left me feeling very dissatisfied with my experience at Walgreens pharmacy.

As someone else recently wrote, it is worst pharmacy I have ever used. Had major surgery three weeks ago and because of a screw-up with the pharmacy, I went 30 hrs without 4 different meds. Had to be taken back to the hospital the next day to obtain the meds. It was an awful 30 hrs. Unbelievably, it happened again today!! I had another operation and was waiting to receive a message that my new meds were ready for pickup. I hadn't received an email or call, so we called the hospital and they stated the doctor placed the order into the system nearly 9 hrs earlier! We called Walgreens and spoke with someone (I believe it was the pharmacist) who confirmed the order had been placed nearly 9 hrs earlier. He couldn't explain why the delay and non-notification occurred via email or phone. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE performance and customer service. We will never use that pharmacy again.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you try to reach them by phone, expect to be put on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes. Sometimes after being on hold for a long time it even starts ringing and then automatically hangs up. In essence, if you want to talk to someone or get anything done, you need to visit in person. Calling is useless.

I had a terrible experience at Walgreens pharmacy with their pharmacist named Hussam. He was incredibly rude and dismissive of my medical condition, accusing me of not having a legitimate reason for needing a certain medication(that I’ve been on for over 10 years with medical history to prove the need for it). He even went so far as to try and tell me which doctor I should be seeing for my treatment, as if he knew better than my own healthcare provider.Hussam's behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. As a pharmacist, he should be helping patients with their medical needs, not making them feel ashamed or judged. His dismissive attitude and accusations only contribute to the opioid epidemic and the rise in overdoses, as people with legitimate medical conditions turn to harder drugs or seek out dangerous, fake pain medications laced with fentanyl. What's even more frustrating is that my primary care physician had spoken with the head pharmacist, Betty, and there was no issue with filling my prescription until Hussam got involved. He made me feel like a drug addict and a burden on the pharmacy, when all I wanted was to get the medication I needed for my condition.I would strongly advise others to avoid this Walgreens pharmacy and any other pharmacy that employs pharmacists like Hussam. His actions are not helping the opioid epidemic, but rather exacerbating it. Pharmacies should be a safe haven for people with medical conditions, not a place where they feel judged and dismissed.

Supriya is a happy clerk. She always greets me in the morning with a smile. She deserves a great review. Thank you!

I’ve called the pharmacy several times over multiple days to see if they have a medicine in stock. Even though I waited on hold collectively for one hour I never got through to anyone and gave up each time because I had to do other things.

Staff seems to lack store policy knowledge and even struggles with making simple exchanges. I bought 2 Pampers diaper packages which they had a deal of 2 for $21 or $14.99 each. I got a size 2 and 3 and paid the $21. We ended up not needing the size 2, so two days later, my husband went back exchange the 2s for 3s (they fell under the same promotion) with the receipt. Because they didn’t know how to process the exchange, the wanted to have us return the one package for the discounted price ($10.50 each) and then have us make a separate transaction to pay for the one package at $14.99 since it would no longer qualify for the deal that way. Meaning we would have to pay another $4.49 even though it’s an even exchange and still qualified for the promotion. It makes absolutely no sense that they were negating the deal and then asking us to pay more because they wanted to process it as a single item return. After questioning and speaking to either a team lead or manager, they gave up and just had us swap the packages without making the actual return in the system. Which was fine, but unnecessary, especially if they didn’t realize how to properly make the exchange. They seemed to think that they were right and were only doing us a favor. Listen, I worked at Walgreens years ago and you have to know how to work the register. Like, come on. If you were having that much trouble, you could have just “retuned” both packages so that was got our $21 back in credit, and in the same transaction, scan the two of the size 3s for the deal. This way the purchase and exchange is in the system and your inventory stays accurate. It’s just common sense when doing exchanges/returns. Anyway…long story short, y’all need to do some more PPLs and retrain your staff because this was just ridiculous.

After waiting 40 minutes I expected the store manager to take care of my single picture in a timely manner but no he prefers to text his girlfriend while I wait right beside him, although it would take him 1 min to print it out, when I expressed my concern he decided to ignore me and called another person to help me out because he needed to take COVID test not sure is it because I am Asian, grateful to the other staff I’ve got my picture and when it’s time to pay to the cashier, it turns out to be the manager again and he just walks away when he sees me, I had my mask on the whole time. I don’t think this place should be discriminating toward other races

SLOWEST CHECKOUT LINES IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE. They need to install self-checkout machines. Cashiers asking illogical questions like, "You want a bag?" No, I was thinking of carrying all 30 items in the palm of my hands. YES I NEED A BAG!
