Mory and the team at Real Jewelers were absolutely great to work with as my fiance needed her platinum engagement ring expanded. We'd brought it into a different shop where they actually mismeasured her finger, quoted us 2x the cost and told us they'd need at least a week to get it done. At Real Jewelers we were very impressed by the interaction with Mory and his pricing was extremely fair. Not only was the price right but Mory was able to get it fixed for us seemingly overnight which was far quicker of a turn around than we had anticipated. Although neither of us wear much jewelry I was so impressed with available selection within Real Jewelers.

Had my wedding ring resized here. Incredible service and good price. Owner is very attentive. Even resized a quarter size up while I was at the store to make the resizing even more perfect for for my finger. Definitely the best place in DMV.

i've worked with Mory about a handful of times now and it's safe to say i'm so happy each and every time. i've ordered things from vendors via him. i've made two custom pieces and he's made my ideas come to life. he's also fixed my thick earring posts by making them thinner (which is a game changer). his prices are fair. he takes the time to listen to my ideas and works through them with me. there's been a couple times where we're looking through vendor catalogs just to find the right setting. overall, the work he's done for me is amazing and i would highly recommend him to anyone.for the jewelry lovers' reference, we created 19mm diameter 14k yellow gold disc jackets for studs and a 14k yellow gold donut bezel pendant.

To call Real Jewelers, and the team there artists, dedicated, precise, and accommodating would be the understatement of the century.I recently embarked on a mission that I was WAY out of my depth on but needed to get accomplished, nonetheless (picking out an engagement ring). From the moment I walked in the door and began explaining (in the most non-technical/layman’s way) Mory went to work helping me translate my abstract design ideas into one of the most remarkable, spectacular pieces of custom jewelry I’ve ever personally seen.Throughout the building process, Mory constantly kept me updated on his progress, offered various design additions/alternatives, (influence by his unbelievable comprehensive experience in the jewelry industry), and most importantly, imparted me with a sense of confidence and reassurance that washed away most, if not all, the anxiety and nervousness associated with my upcoming (now past) proposal. Mory and his team have also gone on to make several (post-proposal) modifications to the ring itself with no additional charge to me (despite it being my oversight that wound up making the ring one size too big ha-ha!).I seriously cannot praise this place enough.

I happily chanced upon this shop to fix a watch. The service was so exceptional that I brought back a millefiori piece I brought back from Argentina to add the gold casing that had been stripped off. The old world quality of the work is breathtaking, restoring the piece to its former glory. He’s incredibly skillful, informed, and accommodating.On one such occasion he went as far as creating a customized watch given that a particular brand did not carry a certain color combination between band and face that I wanted.
