M&M were my two technicians. These two ladies were absolutely outstanding! And the difference in professionalism and friendliness between this lab and the Carlin Springs location (avoid at all costs) is night and day. You guys rock!!

I highly recommend this quest if you are prone to fainting. I explained my previous experiences and Michelle and Stephanie and they were understanding and very quick. I will be coming back here.

I struggle with passing out when getting my blood drawn (Vasovagal syncope) and this Quest location was incredibly accommodating. Stephanie was very kind and patient, allowing me to take all the necessary precautions.

I went there for a blood test. I waited 15 minutes in the waiting area. The person who did the test was quick and very nice. 4 stars!

A lower review is not possible, but if it was I’d put 0. Broken fax machine so they told me they didn’t have my order. Waited for 1+ hour while there.

The best lab around. Runs on time, convenient parking, very friendly staff who are fantastic with paperwork and blood draws. Mechele is amazing.

I had previously used Quest exclusively for my lab work while living in Florida the past 6 years. My new physician advised of a Lab Corps facility next door to their office where I could have my lab work done. I asked if it was OK to use the Quest facility near my home, which it was. Yesterday I had lab work performed at the location on Fairfax Drive in Ballston. The technician, Michelle, was very professional and personable. Excellent customer service!

Arrived at 8:09 when they open at 8 to drop off a sample. I was not able to drop off my sample. I had to make an appointment and my appointment time was 1:10 PM. That was the earliest I could drop off a sample. Absolutely ridiculous.

My first time here today and it went great: Check in easy (make appt online ahead!). My phlebotommist (learned the term from video in the waiting room), Mechele was super patient and kind when I had trouble with retrieving my "order" from my doctor. Bloodwork was fast and painless, too. Thanks so much!

they will continue to say you owe them money even after they have received payment. they will continue this practice even after receiving evidence from bank.
