Ballston Quarter is like a mall food court, but with better eateries that offer food fast but that aren't "fast food" per se. Not heaps of veggie-friendly options, but you should be able to find something from the various options available, including pizza, Mexican, Indian, doughnuts, ice cream, Korean, and more.
