“AWESOME! Fingers in Ink was recommended to me by a neighbor and the company did not disappoint. I requested both announcements and invitations for my mother's funeral, and only had a short window to get them in the mail and gather RSVPs before the event. Nicole from Fingers In Ink was ON IT from day one. She was instrumental in designing a truly beautiful announcement that honored my mother, and a separate funeral invitation to provided information to guests in a clear and concise manner. She was great at making suggestions and incorporating changes I requested. She was very responsive via email and by phone. The final product arrived in a timely manner as promised. I am so pleased I chose to work with Nicole at Fingers in Ink. Highly recommend her business. She is reliable, fairly priced and provides a quality product. “Normally a smooth sailing transaction but nobody's perfect, and sometimes slip-ups happen. I ordered a bunch of 24" x 36" and 11" x 17" prints. They were delivered promptly that afternoon, however, I noticed one set of the 24" x 36" was incomplete. I called them up about this and the shop sounded surprised that it was missing but they promised to print and deliver to me today. Fingers crossed. REJOINDER: prints were delivered the next day which was still okay.”

“I needed to drop off a package for shipping and found myself near this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. I'm glad I stopped by because I received exceptional service here. I've visited some of their other locations before, but I usually don't receive the best service. They don't have enough staff, which causes delays in turning around packages for shipment. But that wasn't the case here. As soon as I walked in, someone helped me and had my package ready to go in no time. The store was also clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location.”

“This is a long overdue shout out to Cleveland, Oscar, Elizabeth, Gloria and Fredy, who all helped me get signs, business cards and a table cloth designed and delivered to a conference in San Francisco in December 2023. They were all proactive, professional and considerate in various ways during the process. Cleveland, especially, went above and beyond, helping me long distance, even staying after closing, when I was in San Francisco. I have always relied on this Fed Ex Center for a myriad of professional needs, from a few copies to retractable banner signs. After my experience with Cleveland in December, I am more loyal than ever. One of my strongest memories of that conference will be the service I received from Cleveland, Oscar, Elizabeth, Gloria and Fredy. I just want you all to know that it doesn't go unnoticed. Also bought a few pictures and the cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable, on top of being fast and efficient as well.
