The parking is super convenient with spaces available both in front and back of the branch, and the shopping center itself is fantastic. It's the perfect place to get everything done in one stop. “Normally a smooth sailing transaction but nobody's perfect, and sometimes slip-ups happen. I ordered a bunch of 24" x 36" and 11" x 17" prints. They were delivered promptly that afternoon, however, I noticed one set of the 24" x 36" was incomplete. I called them up about this and the shop sounded surprised that it was missing but they promised to print and deliver to me today. Fingers crossed. REJOINDER: prints were delivered the next day which was still okay.”

I was bummed the UPS store closed down that was closer to me stopped operations but once I went to this store I was amazed by the customer service and problem solving mentality of the associates there. “I needed to drop off a package for shipping and found myself near this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. I'm glad I stopped by because I received exceptional service here. I've visited some of their other locations before, but I usually don't receive the best service. They don't have enough staff, which causes delays in turning around packages for shipment. But that wasn't the case here. As soon as I walked in, someone helped me and had my package ready to go in no time. The store was also clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location.”
