I received a call from them saying I had to put a card on file for my upcoming refill. I found this odd because I’ve never had an issue paying when I picked up. I told the young lady I’d be by tomorrow morning to pick up my prescription when they opened since I’d be at work the rest of the day. I just received a notification for a delivery from UPS scheduled for tomorrow. They apparently think it’s okay to leave hundreds of dollars worth of medication that has to be refrigerated at peoples doors all day with no consent of this. I’ve been trying to call them for hours with no answer. I’ve tried every option possible to get through with no luck. This isn’t the first time I have no luck reaching anyone there. This is completely unprofessional and if they weren’t the only place in the area with my medication I’d absolutely refuse to go back. AVOID this place at all cost. Continuous issues with them.

I received a text to call them about a prescription that was placed for me. They put me on hold for over 30 minutes before I eventually hung up and now I can not get them to answer the phone and it's been 2 hours. Complete waste of time. I guess they really don't care about their customers.

Called 10 times and waited more than 3 minutes each time. Worse phone service ever. Still no one picks up the phone.

Constantly have to verify that they received my prescription from my doctor which 99% of the time, they tell me they did not receive anything even though I have confirmed with my doctor that it was sent. If I didn't need my medication compounded, I would definitely not go here as this is a constant issue I encounter.

Absolutely the BEST place to get your medicine and shop in their large gift store.I have been a customer of this establishment for about 10 years, and I will ALWAYS keep coming back.Though I don’t know all the staff, one person comes to mind throughout my time there. LOUISE. Louise always calls me when my medicine is ready, always has a smile, and has a joke for me. One time I was in need of discretion when purchasing something from Preston’s. Instead of checking me out in front of everyone in the line, she took me to the front of the store, where less people are, and checked me out there. I am so grateful for that.This is just one instance, in many, that I am grateful for being a customer at Preston’s.Thank all of you, who work there, for making it feel like a family.Sincerely,Billy

NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PHARMACYSome of the stuff at this location have luck experience of helping customers with their needs. I’ve been calling the pharmacy for the entire week and all they said they didn’t receive my order via fax and they don’t even bother to follow up with the doctor instead they said the doctor should send it again(the doctor did what they said anyway). I been helped by a lady named Reem - she asked my DOB 5 times in one call and not even writing the requested information to avoid asking repeatedly question in the entire call . When I went to the pharmacy, there were 2 Pharmacist on duty, but they said the order will be ready Monday because this medication takes long time to make , even I went early Friday .I asked to refill on Friday as I needed that medication. One of the pharmacists promised she will make it and I can come at 5pm to pick it up . When I came at 5:16 a guy said I was not even in the system although I went earlier there to request it , and Reem said it been filled at a different location . Why would they fill it at a different location as they know I will come there to pick it up . She filled it immediately right there after I wasn’t happy with their inefficiency. Reem looked at me just like I was a difficult customer instead of them NOT being efficient and helpful to their customer.

The people in here are mean, and Strling have no real skills. Especially for people who really don’t understand how insurance works. Mad me feel little and disrespected as a human. After a hospital/ doctor told me that they were a great place and great people. Do not go here !!!!!

Visiting the area from out of state, had to get an rx called in . Frank and staff were extremely helpful.Professional service all aroundVery knowledgeable pharmacist made our family feel so welcome !Wish we had similar service back home.Thank you all??

Prescriptions not ready, in error, or totally not filled. I had to go in to the store three times before I was finally told they do not stock this particular drug and will not order it. A once great pharmacy is slowly dying due to mismanagement.

Preston’s has been extremely helpful in mitigation issues that evolved from a disconnect between my prescription and how it is classified with insurance. The owners are dedicated to being a good steward of the neighborhood and its pharmaceutical needs. This includes the challenges of doing business with complex/compounded medications along with the economic climate, which has seen costs and labor prices rise for everyone. I appreciate and respect the owners of Preston’s for working to serve the community and to be responsive to community concerns. I believe in patronizing local businesses, and with the shrinking footprint of large chain pharmacies, Preston’s promises to be a good alternative. As I previously stated, they have a wonderful front shop with excellent cards.

I have a been a customer/patient of Preston's for over a year. I didn't have a lot of options for compounding pharmacies in Arlington. Staying local is important for me, but it quickly became obvious that Preston's is poorly run. I have often waited for my prescription, sometimes days. The back counter is always chaotic and not particularly friendly. Plenty of staff but a lack of expertise. The first question is always "have you been helped". I watched 7 people wait for over 30 minutes for their order while I waited for an hour for a prescription I was notified was ready. I counted at least 8 different people working and nobody got their medication in a timely manner. The technology is antiquated, their filing system is a mess, and the staff is disorganized. While I waited for my prescription, that I was told would be ready, I overheard the staff listening to doctors calls for prescriptions. I could hear personal details including full names and medications from Doctors. Unprofessional at best, hopefully your neighbors don't hear about your viagra or ozempic. When I had an issue with the way my order was handled I was told that the "PIC" couldn't call me until 3 days later. Apparently he was on vacation. I assume that PIC means Pharmacist In Charge, so don't expect to resolve issues quickly. When I did reach the "PIC" they blamed my insurance company for increasing cost. Unfortunately for him, I spoke with insurance and the cost increase was associated with costs that Preston's passed along to me, after they reduced the quantity without consulting my medical professional or myself and raised the cost. It's sad to see independent pharmacies struggle but their incompetence seems to be largely self-inflicted. I would note that they do have a lovely card selection. I wouldn't use Preston's to get my dog's medications. I care about my dog too much.

I don't know what has happened to Preston's, it seems to be operating without a manager. Their phone system is so bad that calls simply do not go through. I had to pick up a prescription on the 10th, that was called in on the 9th, and still had to wait. While waiting I heard their phone ringing constantly . This is a pharmacy? I asked when the phones would be fixed and was told "in about a week". The staff, once a professional team, seem to be totally disconnected with the customers. I think it's time for a change, I hope they get their act together. They were once a great pharmacy, but things have changed.
